Comfortable stay in a very nice location with a full kitchen and laundry on a resort with a pool, this two story townhouse is close to Disney, Seaworld, and Universal and grocery stores. Also, nestled in a nice part of Kissimmee that is driving distance to downtown Orlando or a 1-hour drive to beaches on either side (Tampa-side or Vero Beach/Palm Beach side). The resort has a nice zero depth pool, basketball court, playground, volleyball court, hot tub that you can look up to the stars from, business center, fitness center and game room. The rooms include an en suite, a Mickey Mouse room with two bunk beds and a nice guest room. All the rooms have televisions. And, the outside includes a nice walking path, view of the water, resort view and private pool area.

Family getaway

Overall was a clean place close to Disney, pool heater not working which sucked and we were told it had pool heat in the ad, a/c wasn’t working but they came out and fixed right away, asked multiple questions about the property beforehand but owner took a very long time to respond

1.When we got in it took us a day to to get QR Code to access the gate.2. On the 4th night our vehicle was towed in error for expired tag, we spent 6 hours stating our casse that in Ontario we do not need tags or stickers. The management company gives the Towing company permission to tow vehicles in the compound for whatever reasons 3. On the 6th night the cleaners came into the apartment stating they were told we were leaving but we had a 7 night stay.
