Families will love the Princess Bunk Room with six custom beds and the Super Hero Bunk Room with six beds, while adults retreat to luxurious king master suites.

The chef-inspired kitchen is built for large groups with dual refrigerators, premium appliances, and ample prep space. Gather around the grand dining table for 22 plus 5 bar stools, for a total indoor seating capacity of 27.

Step outside to a private resort-style pool and spa with fountains, in-pool seating, and a charming bridge feature. The expansive patio offers a full outdoor kitchen and bar, with total seating for 26 guests. Entertainment continues outdoors with a 120” movie screen, flat-screen TV, Sonos sound, and games including putting greens, foosball, ping pong, pool basketball, and bean bag toss.

Inside, fun is endless with two game rooms: the Neon Arcade (air hockey, Jet Pong, and classic arcade games) and the Club 33-inspired Adult Game Room with billiards and bar. Movie nights shine in the Galaxy Theater with 17 recliners, surround sound, PS5, and snack bar. Kids can explore the Hidden Underwater Playroom with interactive sound, smart TV, and a multi-game cocktail table, or the cozy Wizarding Secret Room tucked under the stairs with its own smart TV.

• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
