The first floor features a large gathering area with a light and airy theme and a large 65" smart TV. Upstairs, you'll find a funky loft with another 65" smart TV and a pool table, perfect for movie nights and some competitive fun.

For sleeping, the first floor features two large bedrooms, one of which is the master suite with a private walkout to the heated pool and spa. Upstairs, you'll find six additional bedrooms, each with a smart TV.

Like any good home, the kitchen is the heart! Prepare dinner together in the full kitchen equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, everyday accessories, utensils, and dinnerware. At mealtime, take a seat at the counter, pull up a chair at the enormous dining table for 12, or take advantage of the provided BBQ and enjoy a meal poolside.

Outside, enjoy time under the sun in the private, screened lanai. Pool toys are provided for fun and relaxation in the pool and spillover pool spa. We gave it a 5 star because we had a great time although there were some issues they were addressed promptly. PROS: The host was very attentive to our needs and issues we had. The heated pool was amazing. We spent so much time in the hot tub. Tip: let it run one full hour before getting in. It takes a while to heat up. We were able to enter the rental 2 hours earlier. Parking, make sure you park on the side of the street that is not marked no parking. One of our guest was towed and that was quite the hassle. CONS: definitely need more towels. One per person is not enough. No math mat towels either. They did manage to bring us more towels thankfully. Washing machine & Drier need an update.The drier takes 3 cycles to dry. The first bedroom doesn’t have a TV. Thankfully we had enough rooms for everyone because no one wanted that room. There are no comforters on the beds as per the photos in the listing. They informed me they were for show in the listing. They did leave a thin throw blanket on each bed. They did give extra blankets to us after we complained. Nothing to clean the grill with. We had no choice but to leave it dirty. Only used it once because we couldn’t clean it. We didn’t feel like buying cleaning supplies for a rental property grill. Need new cooking pot and pans. No big ones to use. Teflon scraping off on most of themOther than that it was a great place! We left some floats for the pool when we exited. I hope people are enjoying them.

Beautiful home….lots of rooms…..clean…..had a blast with my family and friend's….had only 2 issues with the house one was the upstairs AC was not working properly but with in a day it was resolved an the other was the ice maker in the fridge was leaking other than that it was perfect……great communication with host…..thank you

Great house, great location, great host!

The house was perfect for our volleyball team who stayed for AAU Nationals. We all had more than enough room and Shoufa was quick to help when we needed! The house was clean and comfortable. We loved just about everything about it.The one critique that we had as a group is that the house lacked towels and supplies. While it was made known that the bare necessities would be all that was included, it was in fact the bare minimum.The bath towels were left on each bed, two per king bed, the other size beds had only one I believe. There were several pool towels in the closet, but not enough. There was also no laundry detergent to wash them anything we needed to night 1. There were no wash cloths in any of the bathrooms, only a hand towel per sink. Not every bathroom sink had hand soap, although it looked like maybe each sink should have had a very small round “bar” of soap but not all did. There were travel size shampoo and conditioners in each of the bathrooms. The was a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, several of which weren’t full rolls.The kitchen had one roll of paper towels, two single use dishwasher soap packets, a few trash bags and a single dish towel. There was also no soap for washing hands or dishes at the sink in the kitchen. There also was not any salt, pepper, seasoning of any sort. We didn’t travel with any of these things, all had to be bought on site.We would stay again, but would be much more prepared for round two in terms of supplies.
