Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the villa features four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. Two master ensuite bedrooms each include a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and private bathroom. One of these suites also offers sliding glass doors that open directly to the pool area, creating an easy connection between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. A third bedroom includes a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is a playful Mickey-themed space with two single beds, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan. Additional sleeping space is available in the family room with a queen sofa bed.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs

This villa offers its guests a hot tub and a fitness center. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly villa.
