Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Four theme park days will exhaust even the most enthusiastic group - and that's exactly why coming back to this place feels like the second half of the trip. A private pool, a spa, a game room packed with options, and four bedrooms spread across a single-level villa mean ten people can finally stop sharing the same square foot of sidewalk and actually spread out. The open-plan layout gives everyone room to breathe without choreographing who's in the kitchen and who's on the sofa. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout the home, so no matter how warm Florida gets, stepping through the front door is instant relief. Fast Wi-Fi at 287 Mbps handles streaming and video calls across multiple devices without any negotiating over bandwidth, and a dedicated workspace in a common area is ready for anyone who needs to stay plugged in between park days.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep ten guests across a flexible mix of configurations. Two king master suites each include a private ensuite bathroom, smart TV, ceiling fan, and storage - one opens directly onto the pool area. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth is a themed room with two single beds. A queen sofa bed in the family room rounds out the sleeping arrangements. For families with little ones, a crib, Pack 'n Play/travel crib, and standalone high chair are always on-site, along with children's dinnerware and babysitter recommendations whenever you need them.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped to feed a group your size without anyone resorting to takeout every night. A GE refrigerator, Samsung stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, and dishwasher cover the essentials. A microwave, toaster, blender, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and Keurig handle everything else. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, baking sheets, and barbecue utensils are all provided, and the dining table brings the whole group together. Breakfast is included with every stay.
 
Bathrooms
Three bathrooms serve the group, with a mix of bathtub and shower options to suit different preferences. Hair dryer, hotel shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are all stocked. One master bathroom also includes a bidet.
 
Entertainment & family features
Once the parks close, the game room takes over. The air-conditioned space runs arcade games, a pool table, life size games, and a large TV - there's always something going. A separate children's playroom is stocked with toys, books, and board games covering ages from toddlers right through to 10 and beyond. Smart TVs throughout the home connect to Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, and standard cable. Exercise equipment is also available on-site for anyone who wants to keep moving between days.
 
Outdoor living
The screened private pool and spa are open year-round, 24 hours a day - pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a private BBQ grill make the patio easy to settle into once the sun starts to drop. A private backyard and lake access give the group room to spread out well beyond the pool deck.
 
Location & resort access
Free resort access is included with every stay - a shared gym, sports courts, an outdoor playground, and a fishing lake are all within the community for whenever a change of pace sounds better than another park queue. The villa is pet-friendly, long-term stays are welcome, and self check-in is handled via smart lock. Free driveway parking fits up to four vehicles, with free street parking also available nearby. Housekeeping can be arranged for an extra cost. Two exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and back of the property - none cover any interior spaces.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs

This villa offers its guests a hot tub and a fitness center. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly villa.
