Home has a stunning lake view.For groceries it is close to a super Walmart on 192 . There are also restaurants and fast food outlets close by. A short car ride will take you to Old Town Kissimmee and Disney Springs. For shopping you can visit The Loop or Premium Outlets. There are also airboat rides for those who wish to see natural Florida and its wildlife.

Despite its three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home boasts plenty of floor space and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests with the addition of a sofa sleeper in the second sitting area. Limited public transport so need to rely on Lyft or Uber. There is Sunrail station close by which can take you, Monday - Friday ,as far as Sanford.
It is great for visiting Winter Park. You can also explore Sanford using a free trolley bus. Please note service is normally once per hour, it does not run late and not operational at the weekends or public holidays.

Guests can access all areas of the home including the garage.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home but you can smoke on the pool lanai as long as all debris is disposed of with care.
Cars should not be parked on grass or in a way that the sidewalk is blocked
Trash goes in outside cans. Recycling goes in loose - no glass please.
Please note this is a self catering stay. We only supply a few starter items till you make your first visit to the grocery store.
