* Parking is free; however, ensure cars are not parked on the grass
or blocking the sidewalk. Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers,
buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed.

Use of Amenities

* The pool is equipped with a child safety pool fence. Pool heating
is optional and must be requested 48 hours in advance; it will not
exceed 90°F, and the heater may not function in temperatures below
50°F.
* The attached spa is not a hot tub and shares the same temperature
as the pool.
* Guests must clean the BBQ grill after use; charge applies if it is
left uncleaned. Propane tanks may need to be replenished at the
guest's expense. If the grill is locked, it is not for guest use.
* The property is self-catering. A small welcome kit is provided, but
guests should purchase additional supplies as needed.
* Trash should be placed in the designated bin daily to maintain
cleanliness.
* There is no daily housekeeping service. Mid-stay cleaning can be
arranged for an additional fee.
* The resort only receives packages from Amazon. UPS, FedEx, and USPS
deliveries are not accepted, and the resort does not take
responsibility for lost packages.
