With 14 bedrooms and ample space for 33 guests, this beautifully appointed home in Solterra Resort checks every box for your next family escape to Florida. Whether you're planning to spend your days golfing or touring Disney World, you'll come home a private pool and spa, an oversize pool deck where you can soak in the sunshine, and plentiful space for relaxation (including seven en suite bedrooms, a Star Wars-themed bedroom, and a Harry Potter-themed bedroom). Enjoy access to the beautiful aquatic center at the resort clubhouse a few minutes away, as well as a private in-home sports lounge with a pool table and wet bar, your very own theater room with a projection screen, and a fantastically equipped game room with air hockey, foosball, Ping-Pong, an arcade machine, and four TVs - each with its own gaming console.

This home is located three-quarters of a mile south of the Solterra Resort Clubhouse and its beach-entry pool, water slide, lazy river, poolside cabanas, tennis courts, fitness center, playground, and Cafe Sol Bar & Grill. The famous theme parks and other attractions of the greater Orlando area are mere minutes away as well. Disney World - along with Epcot, Blizzard Beach, and Typhoon Lagoon - is 12 miles northeast, SeaWorld Orlando is 17 miles northeast, and Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter are 22 miles northeast.

Home Amenities Pricing:
- 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.

- Pool heat is available between October and April for an additional fee of $50 per day plus tax.
Parking notes: Parking pass will be printed for guests at the gate. This pass must be placed on your dashboard. Parking spaces available in driveway. Street parking allowed in marked spaces only. Vehicles parked outside the lines of the marked space will be towed. Parking in the pool area is not to be used for overnight parking. At Solterra, guests can have up to 5 cars, they just need to make sure that the gate issues them passes (main res holder can get them). Two car driveway, but for this particular house, there are designated parking spots right across the street. Super convenient! Again, they can only have up to 5 vehicles.
Solterra is a gated resort style community in Central Florida near Disney and all the Orlando area attractions. It has its own world class recreation center featuring a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, water slide, Cafe Sol poolside restaurant and a lazy river.
The Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.

Check in and check out date.
Number of guests.
Identification that matches the reservation name.
License plate information for the primary vehicle.
The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.
