Located on a gated community 12 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort. The home sleeps 8 guests and is comfortably furnished with a games room, free high speed internet, gas grill, and private screened pool. Located in Cumbrian Lakes, a peaceful, gated community the home is conveniently located for all Orlando attractions such as Walt Disney World® Resort, Seaworld and Universal. Restaurants, grocery stores, and a Walmart superstore, are just 5 minutes away. All of the bedrooms are equipped with a TV. The main family room has a TV area, dining area and is adjacent to the kitchen. The outside patio has a table and chairs for al fresco dining as well as sun loungers and a grill. A shaded lanai also offers spectacular lake views. The games room is located in the garage and is equipped with a pool table, foosball, and board games. Free WiFi and free calls to US and Canada are included. The kitchen is well equipped with pots & pans, toaster, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, dishwasher etc. The home also has a washer and drier and a good supply of towels and linens. Disney Kids and Nana & Pop Pop

Family came down to go to Disney World. They stayed half the time in Disney and then the rest of the time with us. Everything worked out great!

Poor management

We were given wrong code to get into gated community. When we called for help the woman kept insisting she had gven us the correct number. I had to ask car behind me for code to get in. Also there was no cable/satellite as advertised. I had to pay for and set up a service. Prearrival info gave phone number for house and there was no phone. Also gave wrong wigi info. The place was filthy. We had to vacuum and mop. There were papers and a dead lizard under beds. Dryer had wads of lint behind it. The washer left black crud on our clothes. The inside of agitator needs to be cleaned.

Relaxing Stay

We came to Kissimmee to visit our grandson. Some of our friends came also. We utilized the pool almost all day the whole time we were there. We had requested to have the pool heated and it was very warm. It could have been about 5 degrees cooler but we were able to cool off with the air temperature and the outdoor shower. When we checked in, there was something in the toilet next to the queen bedroom even though there was a sanitized strip across the toilet seat. It seemed a little odd. It also would have been nice to have a safety bar at the pool steps. We had 3 people who had had knee replacements. Safety bars in the bathtubs and showers would have been great too. We had a great week of relaxing.

Family vacation to Disney and Sea world.

House was clean, great location and matched all details described on line. Great choice for a family looking to save money on a Disney vacation as it’s much cheaper than staying on the property. Would definitely come back to this property.

Great Experience

Very clean home. Quiet neighborhood. Pool and surrounding area was above average. South facing pool provides sun from dawn to dusk. Pool heater worked very well. Four lounge chairs we’re appreciated. Shopping and dining were all within 10 minutes. Would definitely stay here again if available.

Week of sun and relaxation

Working with David with all communications was very quick and responsive. My only recommendation would be to have safety grab bars installed in at least one of the 3 showers. These grab bars would be very helpful for elderly people while bathing, or even young children. Other than that, I would definitely return to the property, it was exactly as it appeared online. Very peaceful and quiet community. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning soon
