Our villa is located in the superb private gated community of Westhaven. Looking for a great family home for your Florida/Disney attractions vacation? Then look no further - this lovely well proportioned 4 bedroom/3 bathroom single story pool home located on the much sought after gated community of The Hamlet within the West Haven sub division.

After a hard day at the attractions or shopping, stepping into the cool and airy interior of your vacation home will refresh your senses.

Sit and relax in the family room or watch TV, take a nap in the king size bed in the master bedroom, or step out through the patio doors onto the pool deck and let the pool and jacuzzi ease away the strains of the day, or just lounge and relax on the pool deck.

For those with a little more energy, or for those quieter days at home check out the games room.

Please note that the house has outdoor camera by the front door area that's pointing the driveway and one by the side off the house pointing the pool pump equipment.

PLEASE NOTE: This 4 bedroom pool home can sleep a MAXIMUM of 8 guests (including children and/or infants). NO PETS or SMOKING ALLOWED.
Pool heat is available on request for a separate charge.Also you wouldn't have access to the amenities on the community.

Driveway for parking 2 vehicles only. No Parking is allowed on the Street and Grass only on the driveway.
