We were disappointed in our stay. Upon arrival the lock was hard to get into. Sometimes it opened easily and other times took many tries. The place seemed not clean and not well kept up. There was mold in the showers, two tub drains didn’t have plugs. Two sink drains wouldn’t drain due to built up hair and gunk. One was also not hooked up to the plug. The dryer duct work was not hooked up and was venting into the laundry room. The washer smelled. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes. The fridge leaked water so we had to keep a towel on the floor our whole stay. Blinds kept falling off while opening and closing them. The comforters and sheets seemed unclean with spots on them. The closet accordion door had loose screws and fell off and almost fell on one of our kids. Our kids feet were dirty on the bottom just from walking around the house. Overall we were disappointed.

We only had one issue the garbage disposal was not working and one call that’s all. The owner of this property was very pleasant and patient. They answered every question and kept us in the know of any changes. Great property Great price. We went to Disney 4 out of the 7 days didn’t take long to get there and back. I will stay again 100% recommend!

Wonderful location, close to all parks. The host was very pleasant and prompt in her communication. The house could use a little more routine type maintenance. The dishwasher didn't clean well, as the soap holder leaked so the pod stuck inside it. We ended up washing everything by hand. We specifically asked ahead if there were beach towels, as there were 10 of us, but arrived to findthere were only 5 towels, so we had to buy some. The water level in the pool went low so it didn’t heat, so we had to fill it. There was a hose and timer so that was easily done. The pool guy came the next day to adjust & clean, and he was super nice. The water eventually heated up again. Several of the billiard table ball baskets would just fall out every time the ball went in. There was only 1 usable pool cue, the other 2 were missing the felt tip. The caulk in the showers and hot tub was black with mold in spots. The previous renters had dumped their trash incorrectly without bags, although the rules are clearly posted, so we ended up having to bag their trash in order to get garbage pickup restarted for us. The layout of the house is very nice, with plenty of space and rooms, and a nice long dining table indoors and out. We rented the grill and it worked great. The pool overlooks a retaining pond and woods - beautiful to look out on!

This was the perfect rental for our large family. The home is beautiful and very well maintained. It is spacious, so everyone in our party was able to spread out and enjoy their downtime. Will definitely look for this listing again in the future. Host was responsive and very professional.

Me and my family have just stayed here for a 3 week trip celebrating a retirement in the family. The entire trip was excellent and the villa was amazing. It really helped make the trip. The huge modern interior was fantastic with every room being clean. The pool area is massive with views of the water and surrounding tree line. South facing so the sun was there all day. The process for booking and checking in was one of the most efficient I’ve seen in my years of travel. We communicated with Wendy who was on top of everything. The house and community rules were clear upfront and Wendy responded almost immediately to every question we had along the way. It’s very close to Disney and still close to all of the other theme parks you could want to do in Orlando. Also with a Walmart Supercenter round the corner it’s located perfectly. Over all a 10 out of 10 and we are actively looking to book this villa again in the future. Thanks for helping make a special trip, Dan and Family

Will not stay here again due to the community its in

Overall it was ok.( The house)Negatives: Very hectic parking especially if you are not riding with everyone coming. Parking info was not clearly stated until we had outside guest stop by. My aunt drove 2 hours to bring me a gift on my Birthday and was turned away, because I am guessing they don’t allow people in after 10pm. There is a 6 car max with people staying plus guest, which sucked for us, because our group drove from all over in Florida to centrally meet in Orlando, so we already were almost at 6. If 15 were staying it would be a major problem. People staying max in the house was 15 and we only had 10 people in the house before any guest. They are really strict about everything, which caused me a headache on my Birthday. Quiet hours are 10pm. There are minor cosmetic things. I had 3 disabled people with me, I was told it was two master suites downstairs and there’s only actually one bedroom downstairs, so one person had to get upstairs. My uncle was trying to get in the house as we all pulled up and a man, who we never spoke to asked him who he was and how long is supposed to be there through the doorbell camera. Certain stuff made us very uneasy at firstPositiveBesides the minor cosmetic stuff missing or that was broken (not by us)The house was very nice. The lady I booked with not the man who spoke through the doorbell, was very responsive and tried to help how she could. The biggest issue is that. She would say one thing and the community told us differently.
