Pets must be declared and approved before checking in. Please provide breed, size, and weight. Pets that shed a lot of hair will not be approved. CLEANING FEE:
The cleaning fee only includes the basic cleaning of the house. Please make every effort to leave the house as you found it (plus normal wear and tear). Our cleaning team will charge an additional fee which we’ll have to pass to you for any of the following:
• Stained towels, bedsheets, bed and duvet covers, walls, furniture, or other items
• Garbage pickup (garbage that is outside the trash can or trash bag)
• Pet hair, urine, or waste
• Liquid or food spills
• Any additional cleaning or treatment which delays the normal turnover of the house

Note** Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our house's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Our strict quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.

Patio l
- The privacy fence provides the seclusion you deserve to enjoy for you and your pets.
- The Hammock is located in the Top drawer of the white Bin in the living room. Simply hook both ends of the hammock to the silver hooks on the left side of the patio.
- Please only allow one person on the hammock at a time.
- Removal of cigarette butts and ash into the garbage

Housekeeping |
- No daily housekeeping service. Before check-in, the house will be thoroughly cleaned.
- Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

Trash Pickup |
- Regular garbage collection every Thursday morning, please place the regular trash bin by the curbside Wednesday Night.
- Recycle collection every Wednesday morning, please place the recycle bin by the curbside Tuesday night.
- No trash or recycling containers may be out except for scheduled pickup days.

We were 9 and the house was ready for 6 and the exterior of the house was not all well kept. The grass was so tall that it looked like an abandoned house. Inside the house was clean, but the china was mismatched and even chipped. Location wise it was good.

Not clean!

I rented this property to be close to my son's basketball tournaments. Upon arrival, and scanning the home, we saw there was issues. Kitchen: counters were sticky and still had crumbs on it. Faucet was stuck to one side and the ice maker was turned on but never made ice. Master bedroom- had ants crawling ( now I understand its Florida sometimes bugs will be there) but these ants were actually eating stuff of the floor by the window. The master bathroom shower head sprays water through the sides that hits the back wall and window. Water then accumulates on the floor.Living room- couch smells (just needed a wipe down).Floors were dirty and felt greasy, my family had to keep shoes on the entire stay. I had a one year old that would end up walking on the floor and his socks were black with dirt. The lock on the sliding door in the back did NOT LOCK! Whether the switch was up or down, the door would slide open. This was not a comforting feeling seeing as though I am with my family mostly of small children and there was a hole in the fence. I presented this issue with management and he said he will send someone or at least keep me updated on the situation. He failed to do so.Laundry: I did notify management that the washer was not working. He said the washer is only 5 weeks old, and said he will send someone. I was eventually able to get the washer going, but you had to literally watch the machine to make sure the water will fill. Backyard was a comfortable space for us.

Lonesome Dove

The location was perfect except for the highway being so close to the house. It was very hard to sleep at night even though the beds were very comfortable. The outside of the house had debris all over the windows and doors and the yard could use some TLC. Inside, only one outlet in the kitchen worked, the master bath sink doesn't drain and all the chips in the tile reminded me of bugs. The house was clean but needs some TLC also. We had a hard time getting the pass code from VRBO but luckily the owner contacted us and we finally got in. It was a nice stay but will not stay there again due the noise of the highway traffic.

Convenient location, Secure backyard for small pets

Great location! Convenient to Disney/Epcot and Convention center10-20 minutes away. Would be less time, but Florida traffic lights take forever. Place was Clean and Comfortable. Backyard was secure for my chihuahuas. Attached Garage was a plus! Jeremy communicated quickly with any questions.

Just what was needed!

On a quick trip to visit with family, this space was exactly what we were looking for. Appreciated it not dripping with Disney decor, it was a calm, airy space to enjoy spending time with loved ones. The backyard was great for our two corgis and everyone loved the hammock!

Excellent Location, Quite Neighborhood, Close to Everything

Check in was a breeze...all done virtually. House was very clean, rooms were just right, and greatly appreciated the fenced in yard for our canine companions. Location couldn't have been better...maybe two or three minutes from Wal-Mart, 10 minutes from Disney Springs, no more than 15 minutes from anywhere you'd want or need to go!!! Would definitely recommend.

Family Vacation - Great Place to Stay

We booked this house for the New Year's weekend and it did not disappoint. I truly appreciated how responsive Jeremy was to my every question or request. The house was not ready when we arrived (prior renters left late) but Jeremy informed us of this ahead of time. We took advantage of the time and headed out to Walmart for some items which was really close to the house. The house was very clean and though some items like the floor are a little dated, it included all the furniture and utensils we needed for a very pleasant stay. The hammock in the back was the icing on the cake for us. The backyard was very well maintained which helped us enjoy our time in the patio. I cooked New Year's Eve dinner and found every utensil I needed to do so. The house is spacious, clean, and close to several restaurants and convenient stores. I definitely recommend it! Thank you Jeremy for sharing your home and the attention you gave to every detail from cleanliness to coziness.

Great place to visit the parks

The owner was great to communicate with, responded in a timely manner. The house was a perfect pit stop to use since we spent most of our time at Universal. We also had our dog and the fenced yard was a plus. It's a basic home but we didn't need a lot since we weren't there often. Decent neighborhood with sidewalks. We walked our dog and our daughter took her daily runs.

Great dog friendly clean house in good location

My family of four enjoyed our stay at this location with our two dogs. The home was clean and laid out as described in listing. The host was very responsive to our requests even on Christmas Eve as we checked in. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely with sidewalks perfect for walking the dogs. The backyard is fully fenced. It was nice to be able to let the dogs out through the sliding glass door to play. It is in a central location and it was easy to get to many restaurants, stores, and attractions. The garage is nice as well. We felt comfortable and safe during our stay. Thank you for your hospitality Jeremy.

We have stayed in several houses in the area and we liked this one the best! Excellent location to all the Disney parks! Renovated home is very nice especially for the price! Lovely home

The home is very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is as shown in the photos and description. A quick ride away from Celebration. The host is very responsive to questions. Accessing the home is very simple and the home has all the basics / necessities. The back yard is fenced in so perfect if you have fur babies traveling with you. A comfortable, perfect, and effortless little stay.

Perfect for us
