The Space:

Sunny mornings drift through the home as you settle into a slow Florida rhythm, with space for everyone to stretch out and enjoy time together. Evenings wind down in the soft glow of the private pool area, where warm air and calm water create an easy retreat after busy days exploring the parks. Inside, multiple gathering spaces let your group spread out, relax, and enjoy the comforts of a full home during your stay.



Sleeping arrangements

With 5 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the home is designed to host up to 15 guests comfortably. One bedroom and a shared bathroom sit on the first floor, offering convenient access for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs, additional bedrooms and bathrooms provide room to settle in, along with a second living area that adds privacy and flexibility for larger groups.



Living areas

The main family room features a flat screen TV and reclining couches where you can unwind between outings. A dedicated workspace in a common area supports those who need a moment for remote work or planning. The game room includes a pool table, giving guests another way to spend time together without leaving the house.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen offers the space you need to prepare meals, with stainless steel appliances and room for group cooking. Indoor and outdoor dining areas make shared meals easy, whether you gather at the table or enjoy the warm air outside. Essentials such as bathroom supplies, bed linens, towels, and laundry facilities are provided to support longer or more relaxed stays.



Outdoor living

The private pool is available year-round and can be heated, giving you the option to enjoy the water in any season. A private patio and fully fenced private backyard create a comfortable outdoor setting, complete with sun loungers and space to unwind. Outdoor dining offers another spot to spend time together in the Florida climate.



Community amenities

Guests have free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate, including a resort-style pool with water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a Tiki Bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, and tennis facilities. A public 18-hole golf course, driving range, and clubhouse are also within the community, adding even more ways to spend your days.

Situated in ChampionsGate, the home places you close to many of Central Florida’s top attractions. Disney is approximately 12 minutes away, with Universal Studios about 22 minutes and SeaWorld around 20 minutes. Nearby dining, shopping, and major highways make travel simple while keeping everything you need within easy reach.

Guest Access:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles. Up to (3) in the driveway and (1) on the street.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
