- Free on-site parking. Driveway for 9 regular vehicles.
- No parking on the grass.
- No parking or blocking the sidewalk.
- Commercial Vehicles, RVs, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts, or Boats are not allowed at Sonoma Resort.
- Vehicles in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1. Cost: $75 per day.
2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days.
4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F
5. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature.

Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency.
Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability

• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please discard the trash in the plastic bench daily to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

This is an amazing property for the family, lots of entertainment, very spacious and comfortable. The house is in a great location and is beautiful! Will definitely consider for a future vacation. The host responded quickly.

By far the worst property I’ve stayed. More so, due to the host. The home was ok! The problem I encountered was dead and alive bugs throughout some bedrooms including mines that I stayed in. Some in the shower, crawling on the doors inside the bathroom, some dead on the carpet. Cleaning crews didn’t do a good job prior to my group getting there. I reached out to the host sending pictures and giving descriptions. They did nothing about it. I would not recommend this home !!
