The hotel is nice. It is in a convenient area. Breakfast, was awful 3 choices per day. First day, scrambled eggs, sausage pattys and potatoes. Second day, scrambled eggs, turkey pattys, and pancakes, made no sense to me personally, as they have small muffins, waffle station and some toast/bagels/muffins. The parking was told was $25 for the duration of the stay. Its $25 per day. Close walk to a couple restaurant's. Within 1.5 mile radius of Outlet mall.

The water valve in the toilet continuously ran, the shower drain was clogged, very poor cleaning (floors not swept, mopped or vacuumed throughout our stay), had to constantly request washcloths and towels (4 adults in the room), the pullout couch completely blocked the kitchenette and exit door, mold and falling ceiling tiles in hallway.

Yes the room was spotless and well kept. Hosekeeping came every day to tidy up. They really stood out as they did a great job. Douglas at the front desk working for didney tickets and transportation was very accomodating and helpful. I loved his personality. He deserves a promotion or raise.
