Nestled in the secure and upscale gated community of The Sanctuary in West Haven, our luxury property is 15 mins drive to the Disney parks and 3 minutes from Champions Gate golf courses. Other Orlando attractions like SeaWorld, Universal Studios and International Drive are 25 minutes away.
If it's shops or fine dining you are after, we are ideally located near to a variety of shops and international cuisine with Posner Park Plaza, with the local Publix Supermarket 5 minutes away.

Partners 1st florida visit

Initial impressions of the property were very good. Tidy and well presented. Previous reviews had us wondering. However, we had everything we needed apart from main mucrowave not working. The only negative for ys was the pool as it was not hwated so always very cold. This did not detract from our very enjoyable peaceful stay. could need.

First off beware that your being watched 24/7, theres a RING VIDEO/AUDIO RECORDER AT THE ENTRY DOOR ,enjoy your privacy, This rental is not inviting I felt more welcome at holiday inn. Advertised as having pool heat-NOPE THERE IS NONE,Advertised at having A grill- NOPE NO GRILL but you can rent one for $$ a day, Not a well equipped kitchen,5 frying pans of various sizes in dirty deplorable condition, a rotten deteriorated pool solar in the pool area. The pool filter pump does not work properly which equals a dirty pool,after numerous complaints to the owner and the management company it may have been “Fixed” on day 33 of my 38 day stay, I had 37 days of stress dealing with a less than accomodating owner,I left a day early, I was parked on the street thats a no no ,I got towed ,cost me $$$ to get my car back , my fault,owner stated “your car got towed and you proceeded to bombard our property management office with abusive, misogynistic calls threating to sue them” MANAGEMENT CO SAYS NOPE NEVER HAPPENED. Owner stated “Neighbors have raised complaints to the HOA about peeping into there gardens and pool areas,also harrasing workmen on there property” NOPE NEVER HAPPENED. I had nothing but problems from Day ONE! With this owner. 4 prior rentals in Florida, not one problem,then this. AS A PARTING GIFT THE OWNER FILED A DAMAGE CLAIM,”GUEST TURNED OFF/SABOTAGED SPRINKLERS WHICH CAUSED YARD GRASS TO DIE WHICH NOW NEEDS RE-SEEDING AND RETURFING IN AREAS” NOPE DID NOT DO !

Relaxing

Exacly what we needed, a place to enjoy with our kids, in the pool. Beds and pillows where very comfortable, kitchen was equipped with what we needed. Late at night we will watch movies "the had a collection of amazing movies" we played pool table. We just had an amazing time.
