Stunning Townhome - 3.5 Miles from Disney

A spacious, recently fully re-decorated, 3 bedroom townhome, with 3 bathrooms, this oversized unit is well furnished with your comfort in mind. It sleeps up to 6 people comfortably, the bedrooms consisting of a Master with a brand new king size bed with Disney mattress and full en-suite facilities, a Queen size bedroom also with en-suite facilities, and a Star Wars themed twin room. All the bedrooms have flat screen TVs (Master has smart TV) and DVDs and the twin room has a PS2 available for children. We also have a pack'n'play and a highchair for our younger guests. The carpets in the bedrooms and stairs of our home have recently been replaced with vinyl laminate flooring.

Other features of Benfreds Den include a compact kitchen with updated appliances with a stainless steel finish, stylish living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. We have recently installed a new Whole Home Purifier system. The main living area also boasts a 42 inch flat screen smart television, with DVD player and VCR, and a sound system. Please note that we have just upgraded our internet access to high-speed Wi-Fi, which is offered free of charge.

The kitchen is fully equipped too with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, and waste disposal. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too. Sliding patio doors from the living area lead onto a small patio where you will find an enclosed splash pool. This is 12 feet square and is a great feature that not many townhouses have.
We have recently had the patio re-surfaced and up-graded the seat cushions on our pool furniture.

Everything was as advertised! Be aware that, as promised, there will be only 1 roll of toilet paper. But yes, this townhome is close to Disney. Staying here for less money and far more space was completely worth it!

we enjoyed our week here. The place was well stocked with tp, dish washer detergent/soap. Really nice care package upon arrival. we appreciated the quick and responsive communication from the owner. We had a small issue where some workers came to fix something unannounced but not a big deal. we liked the nice kitchen and big tv - it was easy to operate and had a nice selection of channels. windsor palms is great- safe and pool is awesome. been staying here for years and love it. recommend this place for your orlando vacation.

Gated community, lovely townhome with three bedrooms. First floor queen bedroom with master and kids room upstairs. Comfortable leather sofas and seating at the kitchen counter and small dinette table. New appliances and adequate dishes and cookware for a simple meal. Small dipping pool on the patio. Quick easy access to Disney parks. Easy process to check in at the community with registration of your vehicle which allows access via the gate license plate reader - safe and easy. Professionally managed unit and very clean.

Overall an acceptable space and great for a family. The 4 stars is because we had a very late night arrival and the door code did not work upon arrival. The owners were out of country so it took longer than comfortable to get a code that worked. VRBO was great in handling the situation though. The only other thing is there is a small nail/staple near the middle of the top step that you need to watch out for. It will wake you up in the morning on your way downstairs for some coffee.

Florida Trip 2025

Great spot to stay. We had an amazing time here! Plenty of room to relax, prepare food, and sleep! The house was clean and had everything we needed to live here during our trip to Orlando! It was very close to all the Disney parks. We also had easy access to highways to take us all around Orlando for our other excursions! We would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again if/when we return to Orlando for a vacation!

Area is great close to everything. Nice community's recreational area had a pool with working bar for refreshments. And area for children. Close to all parks and tourists attractions. The townhouse was nice comfortable with a private pool that needed a little cleaning bathrooms as well but overall was a very nice place. Would rent again.

Property damages

The location of the place is good but need to do a walk through with someone since there is a lot of damages on the property. This is the first time i pay service fee and had to take out all the trash since the bin was so small to put the garbage plus no guidance to where to throw the extra gatbage we had. If they fix this issue where they can have someone do a walk through and plus the manager to answer our phone to discuss this issues beforehand then it cam be a great place to stay.

We traveling from New Jersey to celebrate my child when we arrive to the home late security person was so professional and kind very quick check in ( after driving 20 hrs ) but when we open the house only one thing to say AMAZING!!!
