Perfect home for family gathering

The perfect house that accommodated our party of 12. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped if you are looking to cook for your family. The kids loved the basketball game. Everyone trying to get the highest score! There was plenty of outdoor seating by the pool and the view of the lake and wildlife was enjoyed by all ages. We have stayed at this resort several times and have had a great time. You made it possible for this Grandma to enjoy her family being together this Thanksgiving!!

Large comfortable home with plenty of room and plenty to do

This large home was perfect for us with room for all and comfortable relaxing areas. The pool was nice with an outdoor grill nearby. Our group of seven was extremely comfortable. The Solterra swimming complex and the house game room were both great.

Our second home

This property was absolutely beautiful! I would stay here again and again. There was more than enough space for my large family, my feet are still hurting from Standing while playing multiple fooseball games in the game room. The only feedback I have, I wish the pool lights worked. There was beautiful weather at night and unfortunately we had to vacate the pool at 8 because it was so dark. Praying the next time we stay at this home that the pool lights work. I would recommend this home to everyone! From the moment you walk in, you get a sense of “home”.

I gave this property a 3 because my car was towed due to information not being relayed clearly so this wouldn't happen. I spoke with the tow yard and if you have more than your max number in the driveway, park so you are blocking the driveway and the cars in it.

Enjoyed the stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay, particularly enjoyed seeing the alligator everyday. The pool was a little smaller than we hoped, but the kids enjoyed it. The game room was also a plus. We did encounter a few issues but the property manager was very quick to respond & resolve. While we had a n enjoyable stay, the traffic getting into the complex was difficult & traffic in general was very heavy regardless of time of day or route taken, so plan accordingly! Thanks.

Something for everyone

Large home to accommodate our group of 9. On arrival to the entrance of the community, there was a huge back up. I’m not sure if this occurs every Saturday afternoon; since that seems to be the check in time for most vacation rentals, but people were almost causing a accident, blocking the road, honking horns, etc. The house had a pool that over looked the pond which housed a gator; whom provided us with daily sightings! The kitchen pretty much has what you need(we brought our own griddle). The neighborhood seemed to attract a party crowd & trash was constantly outside in the yards. The resort pool/lazy river was nice, but we did not really get to enjoy it due to being way too crowded. We decided to just stay at our private pool instead, which was better! We got to enjoy fireworks from a distance on July 4th from the pool patio which was nice so we did not have to drive anywhere. The house is pretty close to attractions; just keep in mind about FL traffic when planning your destinations. The house owners are very responsive & keep you up to date. I did suggest that the house keepers clean the shower drains regularly to keep standing water from accumulating in several of the bathrooms. It was nice having 2 living rooms with large TVs (1 for the kids & 1 for the adults). It also has a pool table in the garage & separate room with poker table (which we played board games at).

Our stay was awesome easy process, clean home, the house has everything we needed lots of space.

We were so excited to stay at this home we had a great memorable time with the family. The house was just as pictured so much room. The pool was great the heat of the pool was awesome much needed. Amazing week!

We stayed here with 12 family members and there was PLENTY of room. We were pleasantly surprised to find the house and rooms were even bigger than the pictures looked! Between the game room, pool and theater room, our kids were never bored even when we stayed home all day. Great location, about 15 minutes from Disney Springs area. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Our family really enjoyed this home. It was a beautiful modern home with so many awesome amenities. The icing on the cake for us was seeing "Wally" gator in the lake right behind the house each day.
