The host interaction and overall service from the property manager Jeeves was awful to poor at best. The only redeeming quality is the property is very nice and we slept great. When we arrive it was 58 in the home. We turned on the heater to 74, but the temp had only increased to 60 by morning. We contacted the property manager that night and again the next day, but no one ever came out to the home. Later in the afternoon of day two the hvac finally began producing heat, however a few days later we noticed water spots developing on the kitchen ceiling directly below the unit. We again reached out multiple times with no response other than the canned “we have notified guest services” message. Only after sending them pictures of us catching the water for them imports and pans and emphatically insisting that the take it serious did they finally have someone come out to check on it. It felt like they have too many properties to manage and didn’t really care about this one. It’s a shame cause it really is a nice home and the area is fantastic. My lasting impression was that we will avoid properties managed by Jeeves in the future.
