Modern design. This completely renovated elegant modern Willowpointe vacation condo/apt. ( 88 sq m or 900 sq ft apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + terrace + free Wi-Fi + free GPS + free parking + Welcome Drinks +Coupon Package is located at the tropical peaceful resort 'Ventura Country Club.' Enjoy a nice cocktail at one of the two refreshing pools or have a nice lunch at the Club House restaurant. There is also tennis and a golf course, an elegant clubhouse with restaurant and bar, jogging paths, fitness center, large lake, children's playground, basketball, 24-hour security and much more. No cleaning fee !!! Each reservation includes the free use of a GPS + a selection of a non alcoholic 'Welcome Drink' + Super Saver Coupon Package with lots of discounts + maps of Orlando and Florida+ brochures of the Orlando attractions + lots of tour books about Orlando. I also prepared a folder for my guests with recommendations of restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, Aldi, Walmart, hospitals,dentists and doctors in case of Emergency. Since I live just 5 minutes from Ventura away I can be reached very quickly at anytime. This modern elegant vacation/ holiday condo/apartment has been completely renovated. It is decorated and furnished with high quality furniture reflecting a very modern elegant life style. The bathrooms are absolutely stunning and extremely luxurious with granite and beautiful ceramic tiles. Each bedroom (1 King + 2 Twins beds) + extra twin mattress in living room for 5th guest. The living room has a LCD flat screen TV, DVD, free Wi-Fi, free phone calls within the U.S, answering machine and much more. In addition, I offer a large selection of English tour books about Orlando and Florida for free.

When renting my vacation condo(Ventura Country Club- Willowpointe), you can use a GPS for the length of your stay for free, no charge. The car rental companies charge about $ 8-10 per day for a GPS-NAVI.
The GPS can be programmed in any language. All Orlando theme parks / attractions / restaurants / gas stations, etc. are already stored in the GPS under points of interest and can be easily selected. A GPS in the U.S. is very helpful if you are not familiar with the area. It is very easy to get lost.
It saves a lot of $$$ and time!!

This condo is in a perfect area for adults or families. There is an 18 hole golf course, beautiful pools, on site restaurant and security. We couldn't recommend it more. In addition, you are close to many more restaurants and theme parks. The owner is always available for questions or problems. It is extra clean and has easy access to walking trails and a golf driving range

Great time in Orlando

We had a great stay in Orlando. My husband and I loved staying at Jans condo, he was a very gracious host! The location was great for Disney World and Universal. Cocoa Beach and Kennedy space center was only a little over an hour away! We ate in the clubhouse restaurant and really enjoyed the prime rib special! We plan on returning to Orlando and Jans condo!

Great condo and country club for a family vacation in Florida. The condo is spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The golf Course was in great condition and we enjoyed other facilities such as the main club house pool and the smaller pool close to the condo. We also enjoyed food and drink at the 19th hole.

Fantabulous Place to Stay

This was the best vacation rental we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious, and lots of amenities. We enjoyed the pools and daily walks in the gated community. Great vacation at Jan's condo in Ventura Country Club. What a great feeling when your walk in the door and it is meticulously clean and well furnished. Jan also provided all the maps, brochures, coupons and travel books to make navigating the Orlando area simple. Jan is also a very nice guy, we met him when he just finished cleaning the condo. Yes he cleans the condo himself, to make sure its done right.

OUR HOME IN ORLANDO - VENTURA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB

Back home for some vacations days in Orlando, we were pleased to find the place super clean and upgraded since last year. It has been the same since our first stay here 6 or 7 years ago. This gated community the condo is a part of it, is really a safe place with guards patrolling 24 h a day and Police Officers watching for safety and speeding .... Parking our car in front of our door is a plus, easy contact and fast reacting owner makes our stay enjoyable . The condo is perfectly situated at 20 mn driving car from the Mall at Millenia or Winter Park historic center. Public, CVS and Walmart are at a few minutes distance.
