Bedroom 1 is a King suite with private bathroom
Bedroom 2 is a King Bedroom next to a common bathroom overlooking the pool & backyard

The 2nd floor has 6 bedrooms, 4 of them with private bathrooms, 5th bathroom serving the Queen bedroom and King bedroom.

Bedroom 3 is a Harry Potter themed room with two full size beds and a private bathroom
Bedroom 4 is a Swift themed room "Folklore" Queen Bed and shared bathroom with Bedroom 5
Bedroom 5 is a Swift themed room "Reputation" King Bed shared bathroom with Bedroom 4
Bedroom 6 is a Queen Suite with a private bathroom
Bedroom 7 is a King Suite with a private bathroom
Bedroom 8 is a King Suite with a private bathroom

Movie Theatre room has DVD Player & sound bar. Foosball & Ping Pong-game room. Little play area. Fenced Pool.

My home has a maximum occupancy of 16 people.

You will discover your private vacation retreat-covered lanai, little play area behind pool, Parents can rest at ease knowing the pool has baby guard fence installed around the perimeter. Game room has sturdy ping pong table, foosball table and dart game for additional entertainment.

This is the place you'll want to slip out to first thing in the morning, cup of coffee in one hand and smartphone in the other (you have free wireless through out the house). Fully equipped kitchen, two dish washers.

THINGS TO REMEMBER AND FOLLOW:
Door for Lanai should be closed all the time. Sliding Door has an alarm that will ring for child safety around the pool area. It should say "LOCK" when you are not in the house.

Additional fees optional
1) Heated pool/spa. $50/day (no partial days)
2) Grill upon request from mgmt. $85 for 2 burners and $130 for four burners.
If you need any other things, please request, property management company can provide with an additional fees.
