During my stay, I encountered several issues that made the experience less enjoyable. There were numerous small bugs in the room—not harmful, but certainly bothersome. Additionally, I discovered a cluster of hair on the shower wall, which was unsettling. The overall scent of the room was unpleasant, seemingly a mix of strong cleaning products attempting to cover another odor. On the positive side, the pool was clean and enjoyable, parking was both free and secure, and the unit conveniently featured a kitchen and laundry facilities. While the accommodation served its basic purpose, I would not choose to stay there again.

This is my second time vacationing at this property and I enjoyed myself but the ONLY thing that kept me from giving 5 stars this time around was the mosquito's attacking myself and my family inside our unit the entire time. We arrived on Tuesday and it was a constant killing and smacking them out our face. Our unit was clean but fpr some reason these bugs were everywhere in our unit. Leaving out to head back home, I was trying get them out my face in the kitchen area. I'm little disappointed regarding this matter and even emailed management but never recieved an response. I would stay at this resort again but I'll keep in mind not to stay in that unit ever again. Overall it's a beautiful property and we enjoyed ourselves.

I spent a few days looking for a hotel near the Disney parks. I found the perfect one! I like everything about The Berkley! Our two bedrooms suite was huge with the full kitchen and dining area. The screened balcony was a nice bonus to enjoy breakfast! Room was clean, property is well-maintained, two pools and a spa were great too. It's only one exit from the Disney parks. I like that it's quiet after Disney's crowd. Plenty of parking spots right in front of the building. I'd definitely stay here again. The only concern I have that many attractions inside the arcade room were out of order. It was a small disappointment but we did enjoy our stay. I highly recommend The Berkley.

This was an beautiful resort. The rooms are spacious, and lovely inside. The beds were very comfortable, and the kids loved their room. Very nice movie theater, swimming pools, and gym. We definitely will be booking here again.

Great service and large rooms but showing a little

Very friendly staff and took care of a problem right away. The rooms are large with plenty of space but are definitely dated and the furniture is uncomfortable. The beds are newer and comfortable. The resort does have activities but I was never able to join any of them or the pool so I can not speak of them. The location is nice but getting out on the highway can be tricky at times, almost frustrating. I would stay here again without question.

We only stayed one night but the service was great, rings were amazing, clean, spacious and comfortable. Half the arcade games were down tho but o well. Nice little wildlife right out front, watched alligator and turtles swim around. Only 4 stars because we didn't get to enjoy everything but would give a 5 most likely. Well stay there again for our next trip.
