3 false fire alarms from 6am on. Fire department visited and all. No more than two towels .."the others are locked up and I am the only one working. I don't have access". Room was filled with broken and dirty items.. smoke detector wasn't even on the wall, exposed electrical wires hanging in the fridge. Absolutely awful. Google reviews are great due to hotel staff manipulation. For example, spin some wheel at the front to get an early check in or a free drink.... but only after you leave a review.

The neighbor does look that safe. The hotel is soar of depressing. The room was clean and it was fine for one night. This is not a vacation or business hotel. The front desk clerk was helpful.

Friendly front desk who had my paperwork on the desk when I arrived at 11:30pm after a long drive. This place had everything I needed at a very good price. I am almost reluctant to go to a good review as I don't want the price to go up when people discovery Orlando Palms

***THE WORST HOTEL*** Absolute trash establishment. Checked in late at night and had immediate red flags as the main lobby was very dirty. Went up to the room and it was covered in black mold. Immediately came back to the front desk to show them photos of the room and ask for a refund. After several attempts for the worker to contact the manager they stated they would have the manager call back in the morning when they came in. No call back. I called them several times. Each time being told there was no manager on duty. Filed a claim with Expedia who also tried to contact a manager with no success. They have refused to refund the stay even though it was unlivable conditions. ***STAY FAR AWAY AT ALL COSTS***

No water; no hot water, called 5 times nobody ever came to help and at breakfast other people were moved to a different room for same reasons. Next morning woke up by false fire alarm at 5:30 am had to go stand outside in the cold, daughter finally falls back asleep it happened 3 more times after that. The staff doesn’t care! The only nice person was the lady at the breakfast bar. Never again! Don’t waste your money
