The room was a bit old and the toilet needs to be secured. Baby, the front desk lady is absolutely amazing, she was kind, friendly and made sure everything was ok. Morning front desk people could be more friendly. Otherwise the Hotel was great

The facility looks nice from the outside, but a closer look tells a different story. First, I didn’t get the room I had paid for. Second, there was no hot water. Third, there were prostitutes in the lobby. There was also visible mold in the bathroom and showers. On top of that, there was no coffee maker in the room and no washcloths. After talking to the friendly desk manager, I found out there was no spare laundry. The desk manager was the highlight—he definitely deserves a raise.

The room was spotless the staff was very courteous except for the night guy this morning when I got up they were supposed to have coffee and the guy looked like he'd been sleeping all night and there was no coffee but other than that the stay was absolutely fantastic I enjoyed my stay it was peaceful quiet comfortable bed love the shower and would stay again definitely would stay again

The room was clean, the rug needs an upgrade and the shower head they have installed really suck. The pressure is too low. The staff was OK but not the friendliest.
