We enjoyed our 8 night stay. The check-in process was smooth. The condo has a simple layout of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 2 full showers, kitchen area, dining room area, living room area and a very peaceful balcony facing a forest. The balcony is screeed in so no mosquitos can enter the balcony. The bedrooms have large flat screen televisions with all the Cable channels, Netflix, Youtube, etc. There are extra blankets in the closets in case you want them. The heating / cooling systems are very strong and controlled by a google nest thermostat which guests can adjust. It has a new large washer / dryer and dishwasher. It has a key to the complex's large outdoor swimmng pool. The swimming pool has a gym nearby and a small bar and restaurant. The condo is in a peaceful and quiet part of Davenport Florida within easy driving distance of Universal Studios or Disneyworld. There is a Walmart about 7 miles away. Overall, we were very happy with this condo and the host and we would stay again.

Didnt get to stay

I reserved this ahead of time, recieved confirmation email, and receipt of payment. I thought everything was good to go, until we arrived at the gate late at night to get in. Turns out our reservation was overbooked and someone else was staying there. The host was kind, but could only turn me over to VRBO support. We had to stay in a not-so-pleasant hotel (and pay for that as well). I was on the phone with support until 1 a.m trying to figure out how to get a refund or another accomadation- to which they had no accomadation, and left it up to me to find. We traveled 6 hours to have to go through all that, and having to find somewhere else to stay. We had already paid for tee times at a few courses with not much time to figure out anything. This was a terrible experience.
