Champions Gate Resort is a prestigious, gated golf community just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World's main entrance and approximately 45 minutes from Universal's Epic Universe — one of Orlando's most anticipated new attractions. The Omni Champions Gate Hotel sits within the community and offers 36 holes of championship golf (fees apply for use), the Reserves Restaurant, and Poseidon's Grille for dining. A Publix supermarket and several casual dining options including Chick-fil-A, Cracker Barrel, and Applebee's are just minutes away on US-192 and ChampionsGate Blvd. For bigger shopping runs, the Posner Park outdoor mall is a short drive north with Target, Best Buy, and plenty of restaurants. The property is approximately 15 minutes from Walt Disney World's main entrance and 45 minutes from Universal's Epic Universe. I-4 provides direct access to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Orlando International Airport (MCO). Public transportation is very limited in this area — a personal vehicle or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is strongly recommended for getting around.

Optional Services:
- Pool/Spa Heating: Available for $40/day (recommended Oct–May). Note: The spa shares the same heating system as the pool — pool heat must be enabled for the spa to warm up. The spa is not a traditional hot tub and will not heat independently.

Important Information:
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
- Maximum Occupancy: 29 guests.
- Smoking: Not allowed anywhere on the property or at community amenities.
- Pets: No pets allowed.
- Events/Parties: Not permitted.
- Starter Supplies: Soap, toilet paper, and trash bags are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing as needed.
- Housekeeping: No cleaning required before departure, but excessive messes will incur an additional charge.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM per Osceola County ordinance.
- Safety Equipment: The property is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Pool & Safety Rules:
- There is no lifeguard on duty — pool use is entirely at guests' own risk.
- Diving, running, and horseplay around the pool area are strictly prohibited.
- Children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times by a competent adult swimmer.

Community Access & Parking Rules:
Champions Gate is a secure, gated community — all guests must be registered before arrival.
- Maximum of 6 vehicles per home. This is a hard limit enforced by HOA security — no exceptions.
- All drivers and vehicles must be pre-registered for gate access.
- Street parking is permitted as long as it does not block any driveways.
- No RVs, trailers, campers, or tents are permitted on or near the property.
- Rideshare vehicles (Uber/Lyft) do not count toward the vehicle limit, but the arriving guest must be on the registration list.
- Gate passes are non-transferable.
- Unregistered vehicles may be turned away by HOA security.

Please complete registration promptly to avoid gate delays.

This villa offers its guests a fitness center, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
