The property mangament is awful. You pay in full up front to Travelocity, but then the managment make you sign a waier to allow them to run your card again. They hit my card 3 times a month after I paid in full. My CC company flagged them for fraud and they still proceeeded to try to hit my card 6 more times. I got as nasty email from them stating my card was declined. They finally admitted they were paid in full. The home was put togther very cheap. The stairs were peeling, the place was dusty and a bit dirty. The fridge doesnt keep food cold enough and the washer was missing the start knob. Made it almost impossible to wash a load of clothes. ALSO we killed 3 roaches!!!! it was discusting..They did provde enough bath towels for our family. We had to use pool towels to shower. The beds were hard as rocks and the pillows so thin. The couch was more comforter than the beds.They gave us 2 garage sacks, taking the trash out was interersteing. If you are travling with small children, be aware this home has 2 sets of stairs, and no baby gate. You are not allowed to open windows or any outside doors but the front door. The living area has many cords hanging around the floor, also dangerous for a small child. I do not reccommed. I have many pictures for anyone interested.
