Since the very first day we move inn, one of the stair steps was loosed. Later on a plate broke in the Microwave even though it said it was Microwave safe. Later on there was a problem with front door not working, the Locksmith that came to repair the lock was charging me for the repair, even though I didn't call him. For almost a day we couldn't leave the house because it can't be locked and can't be opened, we called the person in charge of the condo but no response whatsoever. Also must be noted that we never used the dishwasher (I personally believe it doesn't clean dishes satisfactorily)

Next to a busy road, the blinds don't keep the sunlight out, bugs and bad appliances. One TV a large cleaning fee also they try to charge more for things that already mess up. The bugs were flying around so much I had to get my Zapper. We had no choice but to Stick it out.
Ant's are crawling around the kitchen sink area
Dishwasher came apart, Send a maintenance guy. Then said I left a stain inside of the dishwasher, I don't know how is that even possible that I.
Flying bugs ,that I had to get my zapper to kill them.

Tranquility Oasis

The condo was very nice and very clean. It was a little bigger than I expected and there was a lot of space for two people. The driveway did have space for two cars which was very nice. It was close to the grocery store and several restaurants. The condo is in a good area and was safe at all hours. I would definitely recommend Tranquility Oasis.

Comfortable home away from home

We were in town to visit family that live very close by to this property. The location is great on a quiet cul- de -sac close to restaurants, shopping, highways etc.. This townhouse was clean and has all the amenities of home and was very comfortable with an exceptional amount of space!Check in and out was seamless as the host Augustus was very cordial and extremely quick to respond to any needs we may of had! We highly recommend staying at this property!

Absolute Gem

My best friend and I stayed at Tranquility Oasis for a weekend visit to see our children and join the tailgate at UCF. The house was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the decor and layout—it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was thoughtfully equipped, making it an ideal spot to relax between our activities. Highly recommend this gem!

It was fine for what it was

The really only big negative about this place is really something the property owner cannot control. Its really LOUD. Sits next to a busy street where apparently is THE place to rev up your loud engine all hours of day and night.
