Welcome to Ultimate Retreat, a custom-designed villa that has the extravagant lifestyle in mind. This villa has plenty of luxury accommodation and is the perfect place to spend the vacation you've been planning for months with your family. Located in the prestigious Reunion Resort, not only do you have the option to access all of the resort's private amenities, the resort is located only 6 miles away from Walt Disney World® Resort and other world-renown Orlando attractions.

Step inside and walk through the foyer to the beautiful living area. Lounge the day away on the comfortable sectional sofa and enjoy a cinematic viewing experience. Cook dinner for the entire family in the contemporary-styled fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Plenty of room and counterspace makes cooking a breeze. Chat with friends at the breakfast bar that has high-top stools for 6. The formal dining table seats up to 14 and is a great place to talk about all the fun you had during the day over a great meal.

A few short steps away from the living area is the custom pool area. Here you have your very own private pool and spillover spa. Splash around in the pool and cool off from the Florida sun. There are 10 sun loungers surrounding the pool, so you can work on your tan while the kids play in the pool. Have a magical evening under the stars and have dinner at one of the 2 outdoor dining tables that seat 8 at each. Play a game of ping pong or relax in one of the comfortable sitting areas and admire the beautiful views surrounding you.

Endless fun awaits everyone at the Ultimate Retreat. There are 2 game rooms with a variety of entertainment for all ages. Head into the galactic game room downstairs where you will be right in the center of plenty of action. Practice your aim on the basketball arcade game or the ski ball machine. Get everyone together to watch the family favorite movie on the 135-inch 4K movie projector. Choose from one of the 10 theater-style recliner chairs to watch on. Don't forget to grab the snacks and settle in for your own personal movie theater experience. The gamers of the family will have a blast versing one another on one of the four Xbox One consoles or on one of the four PS4 consoles. If playing video games isn't your speed, the loft will have plenty of classical games to choose from. In the loft you will find shuffleboard, foosball, air hockey, and a pool table for challenging family members on. There is plenty of couch seating which makes it a great place to hang out during a casual night in, or grab a drink and hop onto one of the bar stools.

After a day full of excitement, retreat to one of the 10 bedrooms thoughtfully designed for a restful sleep. On the ground floor, you'll find 2 master king suites, each with an ensuite bathroom, along with a kids' bedroom featuring 2 twin beds where they can unwind and drift off to sleep. Upstairs, there are 5 additional master king suites with ensuite bathrooms, a suite with 2 full beds, and a spacious kids' bedroom. The kids will be amazed as they enter this enchanting garden-themed room, full of surprises at every turn. The room includes 4 custom-built bunk beds, multiple slides, and more, ensuring your children have the sweetest dreams and unforgettable memories of their stay.

This home also has a fitness center so you can stay fit on your vacation. The fitness center has an elliptical, treadmill, sit down exercise bike, and a weight set.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request

• Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

This villa offers its guests a water park and a fitness center. The family-friendly villa also features an arcade/game room, a garden, and laundry facilities.
