Our beautifully updated Monsters Inc inspired condo is located in the desirable gated community of Windsor Hills. Our community, popular for its relaxing pool, hot tub, splash pad and water park (all included in your stay at no additional charge - splash pad and water park will be closed January 5, 2025 to February 14, 2025), is also minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World and a short drive to the Universal theme parks.

Whether you want a relaxing vacation by the fantastic pool or close access to Central Florida's most popular attractions, our Windsor Hills condo is your home away from home.

The entire Monster Home is gently themed with Monster accents throughout. Our immersive Monsters Inc themed kids room will thrill the young and old alike! Complete with family arcade style fun, Pac-man and Millipede arcade games will provide hours of laughs and enjoyment.

Always just a phone call away, we are here for you, should you need anything during you stay. I have a property manager and family close by, should you need assistance above and beyond a phone call!

This five star resort community is a fantastic location a mere 2 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World, with close proximity to golfing, outlets, and Central Florida's most popular theme parks and attractions. Walmart is just minutes away for all of your vacation essentials. Disney's fireworks can even be seen from the community!

We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet tissue, and garbage bags to start your stay (but you'll need to bring or pick up extras for longer stays).

If you're not planning on renting a car, making use of Uber or Lyft is super easy in this area. With close proximity to the parks, the ride-share pricing is quite reasonable. When using Uber or Lyft, make sure to text the address to the driver so that they can gain access through the gates.

We had a great time. Our granddaughter, age 2 1/2, loved her room, which was decorated with Monsters Inc and video games. Unit was very quiet (end unit, top floor). We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We didn't eat or drink at the clubhouse but were told by others that it was good. Parking lot was plentiful, parked in the same space every day.

This was a perfect place for us to stay for a few nights. All the furniture was comfortable and felt brand new. The bedding and mattresses were very comfortable. The location is so close to Walt Disney! 15 min drive to Magic Kingdom, with traffic. Our only issue was we weren’t able to control the thermostat, it was passcode locked. The evenings got chilly and we couldn’t adjust the temp. Had we stayed longer I would have reached out to our host for assistance with the temp, but we were only there two nights, not a big deal.
