•There is free parking available in the lot underneath the building, please note this cannot be reserved and is on a first come, first serve basis - with a height restriction of 7.5Ft. Open spaces surrounding the main building are available for taller vehicles.



Unit Access:

• As you enter through the main entrance to the lobby, you'll notice hallways with wide clearance and two elevators.

• Our guests get complimentary access to the condo's amenities open from 8am - 10pm, year round

• Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

• Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.



Pet Friendly:

• To keep everyone safe and comfortable, we allow small dogs (maximum of 2). Please share your dog’s breed in advance. A $99 pet fee per dog applies.

•A pet fee of $99 will be included at the time of booking if the pet is declared. If a pet is not declared during booking, the fee will be charged separately after the reservation is made .

•If you have more than one pet please note that an extra fee of per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



We're happy to deliver:

- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).

- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).
