We were a family of 7, 4 adults and 3 kids. The rooms were perfect for our needs. The clubhouse with the pool and slides were a big hit with the kids. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. It accommodated everyone in the family.Quiet neighborhood. I needed to contact host a few times and she replied promptly. Definitely get the pool heated if going in the fall or winter months. It’s worth it.Thank you to our host! We had a great time!

The house was very pretty and clean but there were a few issues. The freezer door handle came off the first time we opened it and the bathrooms outlets didn’t work. We found leftover clothes such as men’s shorts and a young girls bra left in the house when we arrived. The plants on the patio were dying in cracked pots around the pool. The property manager was very responsive to the outlet issue and sent maintenance out immediately. The problem was remedied but happened again the next day, so we just made do with the situation.

Condo was dirty with stained carpet, black mold, filthy baseboards, broken furniture and shorted out lighting. One bedroom had no lighting all week. A maintenance team came out and didn't fix the issues. We were denied any kind of refund. Overall our stay was terrible.

Nice place

Nice, well kept place. The area and resort was extremely busy, so you had to get to the pool by 9AM if you want a chair (unless you want to reserve a chair under a cabana for $100-200). The gate near the condo was broken the whole time we stayed so we had to drive all the way to the front gate the entire time which was a little annoying, but other than that, it was good. The busyness and broken gate weren’t the fault of the owners, so overall it was a great place to stay.
