Needs attention

The home had plenty of room for our needs .Tried to communicate with the owner several times with questions...no answer other than the code for entry and wifi password. Even tried again when ready to leave. Got my reply AFTER the checkout time. Was not very clean and no toilet paper or paper towels at all. Went out and bought my own cleaning supplies before I would use the bathroom. One bed had hair in it and didn't look like the sheets had been changed. Not happy about paying a cleaning fee when it wasn't clean. Couldn't get theTV in the downstairs bedroom to work correctly. The area was nice and we felt safe, but when we entered the home there was an odd smell that lingered the whole stay. Would be a great stay if it had the attention to the cleanliness and details that we are used to with our past VRBO stays. VERY DISAPPOINTED.. the restroom or kitchen. It wasn't
