Summary:

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located vacation home. Home is located in a great resort community. Tiki Bar, gym, pool, jacuzzi, game room and many other amenities. 15 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from Universal Studios, 20 minutes from I-Drive, 35 minutes to Orlando Airport. 1 hour from Atlantic Ocean beaches. 1.5 hours to Gulf beaches. Florida turnpike, I-4, Rt. 192 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants and family fun nearby.



The Space:

Master suite with king size bed, jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, large walk-in closet. Plenty of space throughout.



Queen size bed in back bedroom and two other bedrooms with two twin size beds. All bedrooms have TVs.



Large family and living rooms.



Washer/dryer in property.



Large Kitchen. Great for extended family.



Private pool. Please note for pool heater there’s a $25 per day fee. Please advise for remote access.



Gated community with 24 hour security guard.



Obtain gate access cards from Clubhouse during operating hours from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Show booking reservation to security guard at entrance.

10 day Disney family holiday

We booked this vacation home after spending ages looking through all the many options available in Orlando and we are really glad we did! The house was a great size, the rooms looked like they had all been updated, the kitchen was really well equipped and the private pool perfect for our little family to have a break from the parks. David was brilliant, answered all our questions incredibly quickly and was so helpful. The only slight area of improvement which we gave 4 stars could be cleanliness as the floors felt as though they hadn’t been mopped recently and the pool did get grubby quite quickly. However this could just be due to the chemicals used or the amount of rain, as a pool cleaner did visit during our stay and David advised us how to turn the filter on for longer if we needed it. Would definitely recommend and hope to one day return ourselves!
