Our room is extremely clean well stocked the kids love the theme room arcade was nice. Everyone really enjoyed the polls. The staff at the restaurant bar were super friendly. The staff was amazing at this location. Ross at check in and through our whole 7 day stay was amazing - very friendly, helpful and went out of his way for my family. Jeffrey at the bar was extremely friendly and amazing service. Phill in maintenance was extremely helpful when the original service member showed up and never came back after our thermostat broke - but once Phil stepped in he got us taken care of. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations, quality service and value for the cost.

Great sized room with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, huge kitchen and nice balcony facing the lake. Close to universal (with their free shuttle) plus the outlet mall is less than a 3 min drive away. Water park is great for kids and priced really well. If you are on a long stay this is the place.
