Loved the privacy of this property. Easy in and out access without jeopardizing any safety concerns. Loved that you can order delivery from DoorDash or uber from neighboring stores with ease. Very friendly staff. Really enjoyed the outdoor space and private heated pool! Would absolutely return to this property!

The Villa was beautiful. The location was very convenient. The hot water didnā€™t work on the first day and even after it was ā€œfixedā€ temperature was closer to luke warm. Customer service sucks. No manger on-site. Very hard to get a resolution. We were promised vouchers to Dezerland Park Orlando because the property is still under construction and we never received them despite calling multiple times.

I booked this trip based on the water park opening that Friday. We were there from around 10am to 1pm and testing by the life guard team was still being done. Also, there was no entertainment no music, nothing truly exciting at all. Did not feel like a grand opening seemed like things should of been figured out beforehand. Also, there was one guy who continued to check on others around me, but noth family. He didnā€™t check on us, smile, greet us not anything, but other families by us he continued to ask are you okay? Do you need anything? Was not right. The house was nice, but the atmosphere did not seem very welcoming. I would love to visit again once things are in order, but I almost felt scammed by the water park grand opening

Stay was amazing & easy. We were able pay to have our pool heated due to it being February which was so nice. You can walk to restaurants if you choose to. The home itself was immaculate & every amenity you could think of. Will definitely rebook.

The home was ok. We stayed in the 6 bedroom Gamer/Theater Estate. Check in was super easy and smooth! Which I loved! They also emailed a bunch of information ahead of time so we had a lot of answers that we would have needed. Upon entering our house we did notice that the marble coffee table was broken in half, and there were minor other issues/cleaning that we noticed and did make note of to the team. We also had an issue with the downstairs TVs in the living area and bedroom not being able to connect so we were unable to use those until day 2. There was also no power in the bedroom downstairs to plug things in to but we didn't check the rest of the house so who knows. The decor wasn't my style and again, nothing wrong with it, just not very calming/vactiony. We knew the amenities were not up and running yet and we had intentions of coming back when they were but after this stay, we probably wouldn't choose this property again. (Check out evermore, their homes were much more usable in my opinion). We did heat the pool/spa. We didn't expect it to get too warm as we stayed here on a very cold week in Florida but on the one warner day, the spa did feel like it got up to temp so that was nice! Other than the few issues (TVs, Power, broken itmes etc) the location is great and the house had some fun amenities!
