The neighborhood style resort was beautiful and welcoming. The staff was so nice and pleasant from the security guards at the entrance booth, to the front desk staff at the welcome center. Also, we had issues with our door lock but the customer service representatives were all very nice, patient and helpful. The rooms were modern, beautifully decorated and spotless. It was so nice to have our own private pool as well. Great and fun stay!!!

This property is well maintained. Clean and and easily accessible. Our entire family enjoyed the property, which consist of various ages. Our rental home had several games for the kids and adults. The pool and spa were well heated. Great time all around. The lazy river was a plus too along with the basketball court and golf stimulation at club house. 10/10.

It was an amazing stay. The resort was beautiful, and the pool was so relaxing. I love the lazy river and the waterslides. The cleaning of the houses could be a little better as there was a lot of hair in the shower and on the floor and just little things that could’ve been cleaned better (walls, FLOORS) overall I will write the house and the cleanliness an 8 out of 10. Bring slippers for yourself and the kids. Very close to Universal but about 20mins or so with traffic to Disney parks and Disney Springs. Not bad. Great trip and will stay again.

I absolutely loved my visit to Villatel, It was beautiful, spotless spaceous, and amazing. I was able to do my laundry on the last night and cameohomer with clean clothes!! the staff was attentive and it is so close to all that florida is known for, and shopping was so close too, if I could give 10 stars I would give 100. Great Job!!

Everything was great, the hotel was perfect and had all the necessary amenities. The only issue was that our gas cylinder was empty. I submitted a request to replace it and called three times — they kept promising to bring it, but it was never delivered.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Incredible Stay at Villatel Orlando! Our stay at the Villatel property in Orlando was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail, luxury, and comfort that this home provided. Every inch of the property felt brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed to create a true “wow” experience. The house was spacious, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — from high-end kitchen appliances to comfortable beds and plush linens. The themed rooms were a huge hit with everyone in our group, especially the kids, who couldn’t get enough of the game room and private theater. The pool and outdoor area were absolutely perfect for relaxing after long days at the parks. We loved having our own private oasis, complete with lounge seating, a grill, and plenty of sunshine. The location was another huge plus — just minutes away from Disney, Universal, shopping, and great restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet and secure community that felt peaceful and private. The Villatel team went above and beyond to make our stay flawless. Communication was excellent, check-in was seamless, and any question we had was answered almost instantly.
