Very close to the pool complex and clubhouse, less than 1 minute walk.

This is a contemporary, fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the main complex, close to theme parks and Convention Center.

The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized, with extra precautions taken for disinfection to ensure the safety of our guests. Situated on the ground floor, there’s no steps and no need to use elevators. Free parking is available right in front of the building.

The condo features no carpet—tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, and wood flooring in the living room and bedrooms.

The master suite boasts a beautiful, modern design with a king bed.
The second bedroom has two twin beds.
The third bedroom is furnished with two queen beds.
Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the condo to accommodate up to 10 guests.
A portable crib, umbrella stroller, and high chair are available at no extra charge.

The master bedroom and living room are equipped with LED smart TVs and cable is available, and the condo offers free Wi-Fi.

The modern, open-concept kitchen features granite countertops and comes fully equipped with appliances, including a coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, dishwasher, blender, as well as dishes, cookware, silverware—everything you need to feel at home.

Loved the area and the pool. Dunkin, Publix, Walgreens and other shopping are within walking distance. We got an uber our first day on the way to Epic. We didn’t wait more than 2 minutes going there or coming back. It was a 15 min drive to universal city walk and a 15 drive to Disney springs. The place was clean and as shown in the photos. Plenty of parking. The walking trail was scenic and we always felt safe. We would stay here again.

An extremely convenient place to stay while attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. The apartment had everything we needed! The sheets had a few stains but everything else was clean and the support staff was incredibly responsive. It was a great experience for our group!

Super nice condo unit. Very close to the new Epic Universe and about 10 minutes from the main parts of Universal. Grocery store and shops nearby. Great breakfast/lunch place called The Diner also in the shopping center with the grocery store. Very clean and neat. Would stay here again anytime. Bathrooms are wheelchair accessible as well.

Great location and management

This was our second time staying at this property and we will be back again. The location is perfect. It is close to Universal and Disney. Everything was neat and clean. We did experience water dripping from the vent in the master bedroom at 10 pm. Management was on it right away. They sent someone out to chdck the unit above us. The next morning maintenance was at our place to fix it. It was condensation from the AC. We were very impressed with the response time. Check-in was quick and easy. No issues with a late check-in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect as we visited Universal Studios. We also liked being close to the pool which we used during our down time. It was also nice that a Walgreens was a short walk away. Our only complaint was that the mattress in our room was not comfortable. It could use some updating as we woke up with sore lower back pain.

Overall good stay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay. The property manager Ana was very quick to respond whenever I needed to update anything and was extremely helpful. The property was just as advertised and in a great location. There were however two things I’d like to point out and I provided a picture for one of them. It was very disappointing to find plastic cups available for reuse in the cabinets as well as coffee/tea cups that were stained from previous use. Each of these should be discarded and updated. Plastic cups in my opinion should not be available. The bedding is outdated but everyone in my family was very comfortable. We did experience issues entering the property due to them not being notified that we paid for early check in but it was taken care of within about 10 minutes. I would suggest this property however those updates can in fact take it to another level.
