Construction: There is currently construction taking place across the lake from the property. While not on-site, you may occasionally notice activity or intermittent daytime noise.
Parking Restrictions: Per resort regulations, trucks, commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, jet skis, and similar recreational vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Resort Amenities: The home is located within a resort community with shared amenities (pool, fitness center, elevators, etc.). These are managed by the HOA and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or repairs.

Six nights, March '26, Adults/older teens. LOCATION to Universal - Short Uber ride to parks, 25-min walk to Epic. VISTA CAY RESORT - close to food/fun/Publix. Easy access to walking path, pool w lots of chairs. CONDO - Spacious, clean and well appointed. Kitchen had everything you need. Starter supplies for paper towels,TP, DW, trash bags, & washer. Coffee bar of ground coffee, creamer, sugar, tea. Beach towels, soft cooler provided. Balcony is lovely and comfy furniture (different from photos) BUT view includes construction of new hotel being built right across lake (it's not the full lake view pictured). Just note that if you're "paying for the view." Construction created some mid-afternoon noise. Host communication was friendly and timely. One small issue (slow shower drain) attended to quickly and conveniently. The condo was family-friendly, could spread out with older kids. Nice size couch allowed us to hang out together for movie nights. Overall, the condo was great and I'd stay at again. With older kids we'd need two hotel rooms, so our value was in having a full-size 3BR condo with balcony space. Two hotel rooms would not only be pricier but without all of the bonus space.

I can not say enough how wonderful this property is! It is evident that the owners love this unit and want their guests to have a wonderful vaction. This unit is sooo cozy, beds are heavenly, couches and patio furniture are comfy, and the decor is beautiful. Everything you could need for your vacation is here, kitchen wear, spices, beach/pool stuff, office space...everything is well thought out! The owners really have thought of it all. If you want to be in Orlando with easy access to highways, shopping, restaraunts without the traffic jams this is the perfect place. Do not hesitate and book this property. You will not be disappointed!

Great stay with Alvina - we requested an early check-in last minute on Thanksgiving Day and she was quick to respond and accommodate our request. I also spent a lot of time planning to make sure we had every thing we needed for our family of 6 and Alvina had just about everything we needed was already at her place. This is probably the most well-appointed rental I’ve stayed at.

Epic stay

We stayed here for the volleyball tournament and visited Epic Universe. The location was great, able to walk to the convention center. The condo was spacious and very well stocked. Could see the drone show at SeaWorld from the balcony. Would stay here again.

Week in Orlando, great choice.

Spent a week at Vista Cay, with the first few days busy with volleyball at the Orange County Convention Center and the rest at the Disney resorts. Excellent choice for us, four adults and a 5 yo. So convenient, with the OCCC literally minutes away, a Publix a block away, good restaurants and fast food very close and access to I-4 just a few blocks, made this a great location. Exactly as described in the VRBO listing, with everything you might need during your stay. “Exceptionally appointed” is one way to describe this listing. Kitchen, baths, bedding, everything was tastefully appointed, clean and in working order. Very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this property. Communication was via email and provided everything we needed. Lovely, safe and comfortable condo.

Cleaning service left condo a little dusty with mold in toilet. We cleaned them. We should have been notified pool not available and given alternative without asking. Location is very good, although there is a lot of construction in area.

Absolutely wonderful condo and a lovely owner

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 night stay. We have a 10 month old and the condo was incredibly well equipped with a cot, highchair, stroller and pool toys. There was also an Xbox and Nintendo in a separate sitting area. Vista Cay is a lovely resort and one of our favourites in Orlando. Grounds are immaculate and facilities are of a very high standard. The condo is furnished to a very high standard and the pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen/utility has literally everything you could need and everything is supplied and labelled, such as wash tablets, dishwasher tablets and refuse sacks. It was just a complete package and every single detail has been thought about and supplied. Beds were massive and very comfortable. The balcony furniture was fantastic quality and also incredibly comfortable. The balcony is super and we watched the sun rise and sunset every day from it. It really is a wonderful place and the other 10/10 reviews are very accurate. Alvina (owner) was wonderful to deal with and dealt with every query very quickly by phone and couldn’t have done more for us. This place is 10/10 and we would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for providing such a wonderful condo.

Family Trip

We rented this condo for a quick trip to visit family in Orlando. We like the location because of the quick access to the interstate and toll roads to get around Orlando, and having the pool and walking path for downtime is great. The condo had everything that was advertised and was super clean.
