Check in was simple and we liked the space of the room but that was about it. The bathroom had ants and the floors was disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. Especially the bedroom floor. It had a black tinge to it. We had to wipe our feet before putting our shoes on because our feet were black and dirty. Absolutely disgusting. Lastly you can hear everything outside the room. Walls are paper thin. We could hear everyone in the pool area carrying on for hours and we were on the 5th floor. The only reason we were able to go to sleep was using my toddlers sound machine. Not an enjoyable stay.

The room had a strange musky smell. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night and it was SO hot. I would also suggest having some plugs/usb chargers- we had to move furniture to access plug
