We were located very far from the pools, waterpark and the very limited food options. Our room was very small and there wasn’t any hot water in the shower. We had to call on day 3 to request fresh towels as we were advised that cleaning services are only available to patrons staying over 14 days. The waterpark was open limited hours for non-owners (11-6) which means you have to plan for an entire day at the resort and skip out on Disney parks or other entertainment off the resort.

To make matters worse, the couple in the room next to us was having extremely loud sex. I was traveling with my 13-year-old son, and it was completely inappropriate and disturbing. We ultimately left and found another place to stay. This was a terrible experience, and I absolutely would not recommend this property to anyone—especially families.

I am not a fan of this property at all. When you check in they give you no information on what all is included in your stay/fees that you've paid. They give you a little card that shows whats supposedly included but then when you try to do those activities you find out it costs extra. Theres a "Waterpark" (consists of 2 big slides, a pool, and a kiddie park area) onsite but that is of.course extra too!! They have bars at the park but the food and drink are overpriced. Then 1 night i went to try 1 of 2 restaurants onsite and it was closed but yet again no where do you know this information. They have poolsode bars but they arent open except weekends. There was just so much that you dont know about this resort about what all is and isnt included until you book and show up. Then thats when you find out but not by the concierge giving you this info upon arrival only in trying to do the different things. Very disappointed in what I got for the money I paid. I searched their website to see what all the amenities are but it doesnt tell you what you actually get vs what you pay extra for!!!Wont be going back!!

Beautiful room

This was a great weekend getaway. The room was very clean and the tub was amazing. The only downside to our stay was getting into the resort the first night took over 20 minutes and the tv selection was a bit dated.

I liked everything about the property; however I did not get a balcony as it stated in my confirmation email and upon booking. I also did not like that the times available for the waterpark did not meet me needs at all, and it was closed as well as the pool whenever i wanted to go. I had a relative that stayed at the Westgate in Orlando, and their pool was open until 11pm and I enjoyed her balcony as I did not get one.

It was just ok. I didn’t always get accurate answers to my questions. The building was pretty far from the lobby and anytime I needed a ride there they would say 10-15 mins wait time but would be longer in most cases. Some guest were noisy and showed lack of respect for others around them such as playing loud music at 8am. The property itself looks nice this is just a place I would not enjoy or want to stay again.
