The main floor also boasts a spacious bedroom with a trundle bed and tv. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms each with its own ensuite bath and television- and a full-size laundry room! All the amenities this amazing resort offers are just moments away. Just in case you need a little more entertainment, Old Town and Fun Spot are next door to the resort community. A true Hidden Gem!

So close to Disney! Only 3 miles to the Disney gates, walking distance to the main HWY 192 for shops, restaurants & groceries. This resort is next door to Old Town/Fun Spot, which offers all day fun for all ages. There are several nearby activities such as car/bike cruise nights, go carts, rides and entertainment. Sea world / Discovery Cove are a short 8 miles away and Universal / Islands of Adventure are 13 miles. Kennedy Space Center is 68 miles and the nearest beach is 70 miles.

Spend a day lounging the Regal Oaks Resort community! A large swimming pool, hot tub and two water slides are sure to provide hours of fun. The community restaurant is next to the pool for all your snacks/drinks. Have an early morning workout at the fitness center, or play a game of tennis at our private tennis court. Minimum booking age is 25
A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival.

Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 6 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund.
We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal.

There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.

Please note that our home does have exterior cameras.

We require a $1 security deposit hold that will be released the day after check-out.
