First day they put us in a room that had 2 people yelling next to it all night long, second day the moved us to a room that was half the size I paid for with a broken ac unit and no towels, asked for more towels and they had none. Terrible place do not stay here. Staff was friendly though at front desk.

I chose this hotel for the convenience of what I was doing for the day. Check-in was very easy and the staff were very friendly. I was disappointed with my room however. In the bathroom I only had two towels and two washcloths. No hand towels, no bath mat towel, no shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion, no tissues, no hair dryer. The room had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and a stove however no plates, no bowls, no pots and pans, no silverware, nothing. My bathtub was dirty and the bed was just a mattress laying on top of a metal frame. The mattress was practically off one side when I went to get in the bed. It was very loud and I can even hear the neighbors bed all throughout the night because every time you would move it would be noisy. And the toilet would automatically start running all throughout the night. I would not choose this hotel again.

Everything from check in to check out was GREAT ! The location itself is close to all individual needs. From grocery shopping to theme parks. Great hotel for anyone that wants a reasonable price if stay. No matter if you are staying for a couple days to maybe a month. You won’t regret your decision of the stay.

Not bad at all for what it is I picked this one because it has wood floors instead of carpet so that always works better for health. Staff is nice hotel is quiet and incident location full fridge it's basic but it's exactly what you would need purity my only complaint is that the water pressure is not so strong and it's not quite as hot as I would like to get...

Room smelt like there was an open line to a sewer in it. Had to leave the window open 24/7. Shut the window one night to sleep, and wasnt able to breath the next morning and was coughing up dark stuff. (this only happened being in the room) idk if it's mold, or allergens, but something is up with those rooms.

Absolutely not what I was expecting. I understand it's a short)long term hotel. But definitely not for a business trip. Upon arrival, someone at the door entrance was smoking. The doors are propped open, no security. Homeless people hanging out everywhere. I did not feel safe entering and exiting the hotel. When asked how long it would be to the convention center from hotel, the staff did not know there was a convention center nearby (it's literally in your name). Large dog barking at random times. Asked about it in the morning, was told there are no dogs. This went on for several days. Finally called the office in the evening. It's a service dog and they'll call the owner. Absolutely no amenities but one very small bar of hand soap. Would never recommend for a business trip.

Staff support lacking. Young lady up front stated there were no maintenance workers on site and wouldn’t return until the next morning. House keeping comes every other week. TV didn’t work. Staff stated there was nothing they could do about it. Young lady working the front desk was very rude about the situation. One gentleman was respectful but couldn’t do anything about it. Checked out the same day and the young lady would not refund us. We had to return the next day to speak to management to get the refund.
