This comfortable and classic cottage has it all: a sensational oceanfront location with 270-degree water views, classic Cape Cod charm, tons of sleeping space, and a modern kitchen for preparing big breakfasts and lobster feasts. From the expansive front porch, you’re only a few steps from the stairs to the beaches below — choose from placid Nauset inlet beach, which is ideal for families with small children; or walk across the sand to the outer beach, which makes for exceptional open-water swimming, boogie-boarding, and surfing. Plenty of room for everyone with five bedrooms (one queen, one full, and 6 twin beds) and two baths (plus an outdoor shower with, yes, ocean views). No pets. Available for weekly rental. Rate: $13,300/week in-season, $9,500/week off-season *State and local taxes apply*. $2500 Security Deposit (refundable).

This was the perfect house for our family. There was plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out, the view was magnificent, and it was fantastic to have easy beach access. It’s clear that the cottage has been loved and infused with memories, and we were happy to add our own!
