Host only spoke French while website states English too. Made communication extremely difficult. We didn’t receive entry instructions till 2 hours after check-in. parking instructions did not come until the next day so had to ask neighbors where to park. The only way we got in was a helpful neighbor and the maid who was hour late cleaning the unit. The cleanliness was very poor- shower was black with mold inside and out . Moldings were grimy and pigeons were roosting on the deck . Complained to host because it was too filthy to use the deck. He stated that he couldn’t do anything about it. He could modify the cabinets to prevent the pigeons from roosting. Outdoor chairs were removed - no seating on deck. You really need to deal with the mold and pigeons.

Un accueil inexistant, uniquement par SMS pour indiquer le code de l’immeuble mais rien ne fonctionne et sans aucune réponse au téléphone nous avons dû passer la 1ére nuit à l’hôtel et obtenir par Internet le code de la boîte à clefs… -Petit studio pas adapté aux personnes âgées même valides - Lit trop haut et il faut un escabeau pour y accéder ( + d’1mètre) - couette trop lourde surtout en saison d’été - table et tabourets trop hauts là aussi (bien pour de jeunes « escaladeurs ») - lavabo ridicule de la taille d’une casserole - belle vue sur la Loire mais la circulation intense de jour comme de nuit gâche complètement le séjour. -l’accès au parking ne peut recevoir qu’une petite Fiat 500 donc impossible de l’utiliser. Nous avons dû partir 2 jours avant la fin du séjour
