Des travaux de rĂ©fection de la façade sont en cours sur l’immeuble. Un Ă©chafaudage recouvert d'une toile est installĂ© devant l'immeuble et les fenĂȘtres obstruant ainsi la vue et l'ouverture de fenĂȘtres, mais les travaux ont uniquement lieu en journĂ©e, et restent modĂ©rĂ©s en termes de nuisance.
