Overall the stay was fine, there were one or two minor things that one would not have expected from a 4 star hotel. There were only paper cups in the room - one would have expected at least plastic or preferably glass. Although there was tea and coffee there was no milk or even powdered milk.

On the edge of the town has a wow factor reception but the rooms are poor in relation and need updating Benefit car parking at €7.50 per 24 hours which is essential as no available street parking 15 minute walk into town lots of choice to eat and drink

Wonderful room with a great view of the Loire River from our balcony. 8 minute walk to Orleans Center City and the tram. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was gorgeous.

Great location and really nice food and drinks. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was in need of some minor decoration (chipped paint etc), but was very clean and comfortable.

Not great!

Double bed for a family room on forst floor opposite lift and stair well. Incredibly noisy for most of the night by other hotel users. Also, noise from lobby area could be hears and breakfast being set up. Bedroom nowhere near as nice as lobby would suggest. Swimming pool tiny. Beer too expensive and wasnt allowed to put on our room bill when sitting at pool sode. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful.

Used this hotel as a stopover on our way to the South of France. Hotel is not in the best condition and could use a proper renovation (toilets don’t flush, pool was out of order during our stay), carpeting and bedding clean but old an worn. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Tout d'abord, sachez qu'Ă  mon dĂ©part je me suis entretenue avec le rĂ©ceptionniste qui m'a fait une remise de 40€ sur la note totale. Chambre 110, payĂ©e 150€. Chambre trĂšs vieille et trĂšs mal entretenue: Robinet thermostatique bloquĂ© et cassĂ© Ă  38° (pas d'eau froide). Douche de tĂȘte pleine de calcair (j'ai nettoyĂ© moi mĂȘme). Gel douche fixĂ© au mur en plein milieu de la douche (je me suis cognĂ© sans cesse dedans). Peinture craquĂ©e dans la sdb. WC encrassĂ©. Poil humain au sol. Contoure de porte rongĂ©. Climatisation bloquĂ©e Ă  22°. Pas de prises Ă©lectrique en tĂȘte de lit. Trace d'un vieux tableau au mur. Bref 150€ pour une telle prestation, Ă©tĂ© ou pas, c'est du vol.

I booked a room for myself and my 2 children. I paid the half board rate. On arrival, I was told that my children were not included in the half board rate. At dinner, I was given my starter and main which I chose from a small, separate menu and then instead of being offered dessert, they asked ‘would you like a coffee or is everything finished?’ At breakfast, it was really busy, so we were out in an overflow room which wasn’t made up. ‘Leave it to us’ they said. So we served ourselves at the buffet and then came back to find the one table they had laid was occupied. Some stood in the middle of the lobby with our bowls of cereal and waited for cutlery, a glass and somewhere to sit. The room was filthy, and really noisy/ it well insulated from the noise of the other rooms.

Good central hotel

Hotel was in good position to explore Orleans. The bar and restaurant and pool area has been updated to a very good standard. Hotel room was very basic and also needs updating too!

grosse déception quant à l'emplacement de l'hÎtel, son état et la qualité de la réception; à peine aimable, facturation d'emblée des petits déjeuners et du parking, que je n'ai pas payés en avance, mais une fois consommés, pas de proposition spontanée d'une serviette de piscine ... la chambre était correcte et propre, agréable, bien climatisée et avec une vue sympathique ... la piscine fort bien venue, le hall d'entrée agréable, voire à la hauteur de la réputation d'un Mercure; en revanche l'entourage et l'état de l'établissement, franchement médiocres ... les tarifs de la restauration ne sont pas indiqués sur la carte (il me semble pourtant qu'il s'agit d'une obligation ...) le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus, surtout compte tenu du prix payé
