Liked: Cleanliness
Nice clean unit and responsive management company with kind employees willing to help. The problem was the check in. At check in, the employee tried to charge her for a full stay even though the reservation was already paid in full on VRBO. It was handled the next day, but still a low point of an otherwise great stay.
