Check-in went great! The front desk staff was very welcoming and so joyful to speak with!! I was checking in for two rooms, so we went to our vehicles and gathered our belongings to take in. When we arrived at our rooms, one of the toilets was clogged and unable to be used. After notifying the front desk, they immediately got us into another room without any further questions. They were so easy to deal with and it was a pleasure staying here.

Horrible check in staff no info complained about all the checkouts that day. Terrible customer service! Breakfast was disappointing pre cooked eggs typical hotel junk. No more holiday inns for me I’ll stick with best western where they want your business

The property was in good condition. Everything looks newly updated. However, the cleanliness of the room was less. The room was covered in hair from various donors the floor and the bathroom. just taking the time to vacuum, mop wipe down the toilet, really good would have made a difference.
