This two-bedroom, one-bath home has an inviting open floor plan with dedicated office area. We are pet and child friendly, providing you with a pack n play and two dog crates.

In the heart of the home, you will find a stunning updated kitchen, with stainless steal appliances and granite counters. The kitchen opens to a sunny dining area, with a large wooden dining table.

Each bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and the second bedroom contains a work station, complete with an oversized hdmi compatible computer monitor.

The living room has a full sized pottery barn couch and 55 inch smart tv, with access to live tv through the Direct TV Stream app.

Outside you will find fenced in, manicured yard, complete with outside shower with hot and cold-water.

House was very clean and well stocked! Backyard was perfect for ourl little dog to run around in. Ormond Beach is laid back and the beach is clean and uncrowded. Lots of golf courses in the area, too!

Interior is bright and welcoming. Thoughtful wine, snacks and local information booklet The updated kitchen is very functional and well equipped. Nice landscaping with private fenced-in back yard. Outdoor furniture could be updated to be sturdier and more comfortable One of the bikes offered for use had a broken pedal. Convenient location to beach and stores.

Highly recommend!! House is beautiful and perfect location for beach, restaurants, and to Daytona! Stephen and Rosa were by far the easiest owners we have ever worked with! Always available and attentive to all our needs!! This was an extended stay for us, and we can’t imagine ever getting the same acoomodarions at any other location!!

Wonderful little pad

My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed Stephen's cottage. It's a small two bedroom, one bath with a good kitchen. My dog loved the back yard which was surprisingly big and fenced in. It is in a nice neighborhood about a quarter mile from the beach. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Stephen is very responsive and helpful. He even changed a TV subscription so I could access local news and offered to mail me back a jacket I had left.
