The room was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The layout and decor had a very cozy feel with old school charm. Location is perfect if visiting a college student. Downside which I’m assuming is due to it being an old building were noises at night that sounded like heat/water in old building pipes, if you are a light sleeper like me this made it hard to stay asleep, but other than that the building itself was quiet. Staff was very friendly and professional. Prices in the morning cafe seemed a bit high for what they offer so we did not eat there. I did like the room had both a fridge and microwave so no need to find a shred microwave like some hotels. Overall I would recommend and stay here again.

Hotel is super convenient for visiting our kid on campus. Winter prices, on non-game nights are very reasonable. Rooms are clean and very nice. We have stayed here many times and always have a good experience.

The parking is a bit difficult as the hotel was sold out and it does not appear to have equal spots to rooms. That beings said, the lot is great, the location is perfect, the hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. We used to stay at the Black Bear Inn- now we will not stay anywhere but Hotel ursa. This place is a gem. If you book for Homecoming, you best book early; it sold out fast.
