Beautiful house!

This lovely property was perfect for our stay in October, especially the outdoor seating areas with views of the sea. My only minor comment would be that although it is really near the sea - about 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk - the description of a few steps is a bit optimistic! The highlight of the area for us was the fantastic Berchida beach

Very Peaceful Location

Simple villa but with everything you need. Michele was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us around. Easy walk to a couple of good restaurants, but be aware many only open May - end September. In late September when the sun is a bit lower, it was a bit more difficult to find shade in the evening, but if that is the only issue then everything else must be great !

Fantastisch vakantiehuis!

Heerlijk rustig gelegen vakantiehuis waar wij hartelijk werden ontvangen door de eigenaar. Het huis is zeer sfeervol ingericht met een fijne keuken. In de tuin de mooie verranda om te zitten maar ook nog meer dan genoeg andere zit mogelijkheden. De mooie bloemen die in de tuin bloeien en keurig onderhouden worden. Daarnaast is de buitendouche fantastisch. Alles is aanwezig in de woning en heel schoon. Wij hebben enorm genoten van deze week in dit heerlijke huis en zouden zo weer terug willen komen. Hartelijk dank Mr. Atzori! Ciao

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen 10-tĂ€gigen Aufenthalt im Casa Anna. Alles war super sauber, sehr liebevoll und schön eingerichtet. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders der große Garten mit den Terrassen und verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten.Man kann den nĂ€chsten Strand fußlĂ€ufig erreichen, allerdings war es so heiß und in der nahen Umgebung gab es eine Vielzahl an schönen StrĂ€nden, so dass wir doch immer mit dem Auto gefahren sind und somit fast jeden Tag an einer anderen Bucht waren. Wir wĂŒrden das Casa Anna auf jeden Fall empfehlen, auch der Kontakt zu Michele hat hervorragend geklappt.Vielen Dank nochmal fĂŒr diesen wunderschönen Urlaub. Aber unbedingt an MĂŒckenspray denken ;)

Dieses Haus macht den Urlaub zum Genuss

Vom ersten Moment an konnten wir uns hier wohlfĂŒhlen. Das Haus ist maritim eingerichtet und besitzt einen hohen WohlfĂŒhlfaktor. Die Kleinigkeiten machen das Ganze zu einem Kunstwerk. Wer aus der TĂŒr tritt und den Wind spĂŒrt,der in die Segel fĂ€hrt (hier sind es die Gardinen auf der Veranda)

Traumferiendoppelhaus mit wunderschöner Terrasse mit Wellenrauschen und Meerblick - Erholung pur!

Wir haben 3 wunderbare Tage in der Casa Anna verbracht und es hĂ€tten gern 3 Wochen sein dĂŒrfen! Das Haus ist noch schöner als es auf den Fotos wirkt, blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wĂŒnschen kann. Es ist liebevoll, hochwertig, durchdacht und wirklich hĂŒbsch eingerichtet, fĂŒr uns als Paar war es gerĂ€umig. Am besten gefallen hat uns die Terrasse mit den kleinen "Nebenterrassen", es gab SitzplĂ€tze auf verschiedenen Ebenen und man konnte ĂŒber die Pinien hinweg das Meer sehen und hören, wunderschön! Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der stimmungsvollen Außenbeleuchtung, durch die die Terrassen wirkten, als wĂ€ren sie Teil des Hauses - und endlich konnte man mal draußen lesen! Casa Anna ist ein Doppelhaus mit Casa Ginepro, auch bei fewo-direkt in der Vermietung, von außen betrachtet ist Casa Anna das grĂ¶ĂŸere mit dem schöneren GrundstĂŒck und besserem Blick. Da beide ihren eigenen Garten haben und ausreichend Platz hat man sicherlich seine Ruhe, auch wenn beide Hausteile vermietet sind (was bei uns nicht der Fall war). Das KĂŒchenfenster der Casa Anna geht allerdings in Richtung der anderen Terrasse. Die Umgebung ist grĂŒn und ruhig, das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse mit Schotterweg. Dort stehen nur wenige HĂ€user. Schöne Buchten befinden sich in fußlĂ€ufiger Entfernung. FĂŒr uns als GĂ€ste Ende Oktober war es besonders schön, dass eine nette Strandbar scheinbar ganzjĂ€hrig geöffnet hat, die wir zu fuß erreichen konnten. Klare Empfehlung!

sehr schön

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gut hat uns Badezimmereinrichtung gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einen schönen große Garten mit Aussicht. Der Strand von Cala Ginepro ist sehr schön und es gab dort gratis ParkplĂ€tze. Auch Biderosa liegt nur wenige Autominuten entfernt Leider hatten wir die ganze Woche kein WiFi.

Das Haus ist traumhaft, der Vinted Look mit marinen Farben und Dekoration, die bequemem Betten, die gut ausgestattete KĂŒche ( wer viel kocht sollte sich aber scharfe Schneidemesser von zu Hause mitnehmen ;) ) das moderne Badezimmer, die herrliche Außendusche etc. haben uns einen schönen Urlaub bereitet. Insbesondere die Sauberkeit ist hervorhebend. Mit Meeresblick und 10min Fussweg zum Strand, mit Bars und einem Campingplatz wo es super Pizza und Eis gibt ist man rundum versorgt.

A beautiful charming holiday home

We stayed in this terraced holiday home for six days. It was fully equipped and wonderfully quiet, with lots of privacy within walking distance of the beach and various restaurants. We had no inconvenience at all from our neighbors who stayed in the house at the back. The various navigation software did not fully locate the holiday home because it does not have a number. Tip: to make the location easier with a small route indication. Communication with our host was very good, also about this. We can heartily recommend the house.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit Blick aufs Meer

Wir waren fĂŒr 6 NĂ€chte in Cala Ginepro und haben es in vollen ZĂŒgen genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und super schön gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es sind mit dem Auto nur 2 Minuten zu wunderschönen StrĂ€nden und vom Haus aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Die Kommunikation mit Michele war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Sehr gemĂŒtliches kleines Haus

Wir hatten fĂŒnf wunderbare Tage hier in diesem kleine HĂ€uschen. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und super sauber. Die Betten sind bequem und der Strand, der zu Fuß erreichbar ist, ist ein TrĂ€umchen. Zwei Sachen wĂ€ren evtl zu verbessern : uns hat ein Toaster gefehlt und beim buchen war nicht ganz ersichtlich, dass das aus ein in zwei Wohneinheiten aufgeteiltes Haus ist. Es hat der PrivatsphĂ€re aber keinen Abbruch getan. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.
