Bei der Villa Dei Pini handelt es sich um ein großes Gebäude, ruhig gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse, ca. 350 m von einem schönen Sandstrand entfernt Betten bequem und groß, Außenanlage schattig unter Pinien. Meerblick vom Balkon im Obergeschoss.Leider aber auch mit teilweise erheblichen Mängeln, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben: das Haus ist schon älter und hellhörig. Alle Schlafzimmertüren klemmen und sind nur sehr geräuschvoll zu bedienen. Durch Fenster und Jalousienkästen zieht es teilweise. In einem Schlafzimmer funktioniert die Jalousie nicht, in einem anderen fehlt die Deckenbeleuchtung. Moskitonetze sind undicht oder nicht vorhanden. Ein Ablagebord im oberen Badezimmer brach bei leichter Berührung auseinander. Die hoch oben in der Wand eingebauten Kippfenster im unteren Bad lassen sich mit der dafür vorgesehenen Stange nicht fest schließen; sondern nur, indem man auf eine Leiter steigt und mit Kraft gegen die Fensterrahmen drückt. Weitere kleinere Mängel (z.B. loser Toilettendeckel, fehlende Handtuchstangenabdeckung, Stühle ohne Sitzpolster im Wohnraum) finden sich im gesamten Haus. Zusätzlich hatten wir das Pech, dass zu Beginn unseres Aufenthalts die Toilette im oberen Bad verstopft war und die Dusche nicht ablief (samstags). Montags wurde klar, dass die Abwassergrube randvoll war.Kontakt mit der Agentur Dommos war gut bis zur Abreise, danach reagierte man nicht mehr. Angesichts des hohen Mietpreises und der Mängel ist die Villa nicht weiterzuempfehlen.
